With Rainbow Road now looking more like an F-Zero stage, what can we expect from a possible F-Zero stage?
I have a feeling the Wii U version will get either the RR of Mario Kart 8 or Mario Kart Wii, because of the Rosalina trailer, so that'll probably the same type of stage. I will happily welcome a new Big Blue type of stage.

Also hoping for Hilda skin for Zelda (if I haven't said that before).
They should have Fire Field.

That said, Kirby Triple Deluxe comes out Saturday in Japan. Dedede or Meta Knight reveal tomorrow? Place your bets!

I hope for the king, but Sakurai will probably troll us and reveal a Kirby return to dreamland stage instead.

I actually wouldn't be too mad at that. Also Fox and Wii Fit Trainer look pasted into the picture of Rainbow Road. Eeeeeeewww.
F-Zero might end up being relegated to Past Stages (if they do that, but I think they will) to represent and because of the fact that it had no new installments last generation and nothing lined up for this generation.

Vitesse: That's only because of the outlines, which can be turned off.

I honestly wonder what he's going to link to in the "Want to find out more about XX?" field if this happens. There is still no official western website for Kirby Triple Deluxe yet, despite how much they've shown the game off to western audiences already. In fact, Kirby's "official" page is still advertising the Kirby Dream Collection, and absolutely no mention of Triple Deluxe can be found anywhere on the site.

So because of that I'm having some slight doubts about a reveal now, but I guess he doesn't technically NEED to link to that specific game. So who knows.

Somehow I think the KRtDL stage is just going to be the basic Whispy-behind-the-stage setup again just updated with Returns aesthetics.

Personally I'm crossing my fingers for an Epic Yarn stage.
What I've always dreamed of is a Halberd vs Squeak Squad (no idea what their ship is called) stage. Shit would be boss, dawg.

Peach never got one until later when Super mario 3D worlds website was live, so the same could happen here.

Also no way josé they'll totally use Lor starcutter or his dimension for the stage, I'm hopin for mecha dedede hazard action.

For fucks sake they're going to add some sort of connectivity, but you're forgetting that Sakurai wants to keep both versions unique from each other. that's why we're getting different stages and shit to begin with. Whether or not you want it to happen is highly doubtful.

No one wants to play the exact same game if they're gonna be on two different consoles.

If you don't like the games as they look now, don't buy it.

I'm fine with them being unique and having unique content. I'm just against the fact that one version will be completely devoid of anything from handheld games, while one version will be completely devoid of console games. If each game had unique different content, but from both handhelds and consoles, I'd be fine. Like each version is now missing out on very important aspects of Nintendo. Like your only seeing 50% of the Nintendo universe.

Also I fear that because the development team has to work on two games instead of perfecting one, it might take away from these games. Sort of like how many felt Brawl could have been better if they hadn't spent so much time on Subspace Emissary.

But just like Brawl I know this is still going to be a great game(s) and I will really enjoy it. But I just have a feeling that things could be even better. So I'm just voicing my opinion here.
I've thought that maybe they should reverse things as a cross-promotion opportunity, where the 3DS shows off console stuff and the Wii U shows off handheld stuff.

But I also like the idea of one thing being a celebration of is own identity. Up until Sakurai mentioned both games having the same roster (without character transfer, apparently) I was partial to each game only have characters which have appeared on handheld or consoles respectively.
In "Sonic Lost World" You could use the 3ds to help your adventure along in the Wii U version, something like that could happen in SSBU/3ds?
This may be pushing it, you could compete with the 3ds and Wii U over local/wireless conection?

Already stated not to be a feature due to the different stages.

LONG LIVE THE KING
We sure did call this one.
Total shock!

The next question is: Is Diddy (February 13) the next reveal, or will we get someone else before then?
