Wow, this is probably the first ray gun design that I actually like!

Funny, this Ray Gun model kinda looks like a toy. Moreso than the BRAWL model, might I add.

Maybe that was the intention.

I guess Japan has some pretty tough laws about how guns in media need to look, so that informed the ray gun change.
I still think it should be the NES Zapper.

As much as I want the Zapper to be the Ray Gun, the problem is that they wanted a less gun-like gun and the Zapper looks more like one than all of the Ray Guns in the Smash Bros. franchise.

At least it's unlikely for the Scope to disappear. The Scope is awesome too.

Random thought: What if the Ray Gun's model was just the Wii Remote?

I love the new Ray Gun. It actually has flair to it now, instead of looking like a really generic scifi gun.

I always thought the Zapper and the Ray Gun could have different applications, with the Zapper's "zap" kind of paralyzing an enemy briefly instead of knocking them back.

Was kinda worried with Pit taking his side special.(though I think it fits Pit)

But since Sonic and Toon Link came back I think he'll get in.

I hope the Spirit Tracks stage is like Big Blue. I love Big Blue.

I really don't think that Captain Falcon will get the axe, though I have no real reasons why he would or wouldn't besides the fact that he's been in every single Smash Bros and has been here since the beginning. I also think there could be a chance he doesn't get announced due to being a secret character, if they make him secret again like they did in Brawl. If they did that, we probably wouldn't see Ness or Jigglypuff announced until after launch either.

Falcon is a staple in the series. There's no way he'll be cut unless Sakurai wants to piss thhe world off.

I really hope Sakurai does that with announcements. I know he said he's being more quiet this time around; hoping that means by as much as you're saying.

The small teases like this excite me way more than when Brawl dojo was going on. Just seeing a few of the roster you start off with in HD excites me. That Princess Peach, man.

Well, it was supposed to be a smaller roaster this time around, wasn't it?

Falcon isn't necessarily a staple in the minds of the developers, though I main Falcon so I really hope he's there.
