WHERE'S YOSHI MY BB

Either way, it's good to see Peach in it! I hope she's actually fun to use again (read as: hilariously broken) unlike in Brawl.
That's something I like about Smash Bros: almost every character that doesn't look threatening in the slightest (Jiggly, Peach, PICHU, Villager, etc.) turn out to be behemoths of outright destructive power. And how most of the time the inverse scenario occurs: threatening looking characters (Mewtwo, Bowser, etc.) turn out to be not that great.

Imagine if Lip made it into the game...
That's a matter of the player's opinion.

I found Bowser to be incredibly awesome. Jigglypuff one has one super powerful move... the rest are rather weak.
It really depends on the conditions you're playing under. Any item, any character, any stage really is anybody's game, and it's much more subjective who is better than who.

But when it comes to comparing characters in a neutral arena with no weapons, there is a lot less wiggle room in the "Who beats who" discussion.
Any idea what the tunnel is in today's picture?

Could be a part of the Metroid stage. Or I could be wrong.

According to Sakurai, it's part of the Pyrosphere stage. He also notes that this part is normally not visible through normal gameplay.
Guise.

Ugh, fooled me enough that I went and checked the site again. Now I'm sad...
I don't know why so many people want Roy back. I bet half of his fangirls (and fanboys) haven't even played the game he's from... or any Fire Emblem game for that matter. I bet a good chunk of them don't even know what Fire Emblem is!

Bah whatever.
I liked Roy better than Marth, because it felt like there was more power in his attacks. Both characters interest me equally design-wise (a.k.a. not very much, but I'm not a FE fan, so whatever), so my judgement lies within the moveset.
I always judged whether or not a character should get in based on the games and series they are from. But then again that's just me. I'm a huge nerd and I value the actual character above their moveset. And Roy? He's not a very significant character anymore.
I guess they finally got the clone engine to work for Brawl. That's pretty exciting.
I don't really care about Roy that much and I don't expect him to be back ever, it's just that the quality of the pic fooled me.
