Well according to the update today, it seems that Toon Link has his own bombs. So its safe to assume that the B moveset is entirely the same, because the bow and spin have already been confirmed with other shots, leaving only the Boomerang as unconfirmed, but likely.

I feel that the graphics of TL's spin attack might suggest the appearance of the Hurraciane Spin from WW.
It's little things like that which make me find the clone characters acceptable. His bombs and bow have obviously appropriate designs for him compared to Skyward Sword link. Part of me STILL wishes he had attacks and items that differentiated him from adult Link, but I can still get behind the Ryu/Ken mentality behind having both characters... I only wish it didn't happen between like five sets of characters.

I don't know! The N's on my gloves are right-side-up no matter which way I look at them!
So myself and a few friends have been messing around with stage builder in brawl.
I hope stage builder comes back but god it needs so many improvements from brawl in all honesty.
The main things I disliked about the Brawl stage builder was the generic look of the pieces and the bland backgrounds. If they were to, say, allow stage pieces and backgrounds that LOOKED like they might appear in some of the character's games, that would be amazing.
Also, if they allowed the creation of ground stages, provided more than 3 backgrounds and more customization.
Back to Toon Link. I think that, like Mario and Luigi, they'll start to differentiate the two Links and remove the clone status by editing BOTH characters' movesets. From what they've shown, they haven't done much to alter Toon Link's moveset (even though they could do SO much*), but they can make an attempt to instead change around regular Link's moveset instead. They could have his Side+B use the Whip or the Beetle instead of the Boomerang, which wasn't even in Skyward Sword.
(*RBY's suggestion of the Deku Leaf as his Up+B is genius, but they could do more by replacing his Down+B with the Bombchus, which he got in Phantom Hourglass)
Thinking of movesets here, Sakurai.
Again, up B should be the Hurricane Spin.
It'd be awesome if you could just make your own backgrounds from picking something from the photos you have on the WiiU/3DS.

There would be such a large amount of low-res looking stages and can be abused in so many ways, but that is suuuuuuch a good idea.
On Toon Link, the more I think about there being two Links the less it bothers me. Link has been imagined in a variety of ages, Ocarina even basing gameplay around switching between both, so having both ages represented is ideal to appealing to multiple fans. The two versions are the most recent representations, so those choices make sense. As for choosing their moves, it makes sense to retain moves that cross through as many of the games as possible, those being the spin slash, bow, boomerang and bombs.
Just what's been on my mind about them lately.
I've always thought that multiple Links/Zeldas/Ganons would be cool, since they're technically different characters.
But I've also always thought they should have their unique tools and abilities. Give the current moveset to NES Link and let all additional Links utilize their own abilities. OoT Link should have the Megaton Hammer and Din's Fire, Twilight Link should probably become a wolf, etc.
And likewise, the only Zelda with any business being Sheik is the OoT incarnation, and OoT Ganondorf could probably get by with the Captain Falcon movelist while Twilight Ganondorf actually used the damn sword (or better yet, ALttP Ganon with his trident).
The easier road to take is costumes, which I could get behind for most situations.
