So can... Nintendo maybe get something? Like a battle against Link?

Microsoft, so aggressively defending the Battletoads IP and doing absolutely jack shit with it, finally put it to good use

good. I hope the pause music's still in the game so I can further bathe in my salt over here. >:{
I'm liking that "Wonder when we'll see them next" quote he dropped...
If Microsoft knew how to utilize Rare's IPs, they could very easily have the kind of mascot power Nintendo does. Rare aside Microsoft has Minecraft Steve and Master Chief... line them up with good products for the Battletoads, Joanna Dark, Killer Instinct (check), Banjo-Kazooie, and Conker and the One would have a formidable library of exclusives. Hell, it wouldn't hurt things to take another look at Viva Pinata, Kameo, or Jet Force Gemini either.

In the past this seemed to be something Nintendo's rivals couldn't grasp. Starpower is extremely important to brand recognition, and when your brand revolves around media you need some fictional celebrities to endorse it. Sony had Crash, they blew it. They've done cool things since then, but PSAS showed that they don't have a clue about how to bring it together. Microsoft sounds like they're making moves in this direction, and I can feel myself gravitating towards their camp because of it.
You'd think Microsoft would have the uncensored Conker game but nope
Xenoverse gets a lot harder really quickly the moment people start showing up in game with golden hair.

They censored it more and removed the fantastic multiplayer modes for 1 new crap one no one cared about.

Don't really think Sony dropped the ball with Crash though, the market had changed - mascots just weren't the money makers anymore (unless you're Nintendo). Very few franchises can afford to be console exclusives, and the ones that are I think it's more about the brand name than the "mascot" - I mean Uncharted 5 would probably sell just grand without Nathan Drake.
I have bested Hercule's training and stolen his wig!
I'm going dumpster diving wish me luck!

edit: rain ruined what would have been great promotional displays and posters : (

1) Check when you can, most people don't go everyday. When I went there was no sign of a previous diver but there's like 4 Gamestops in my area anyways so I have plenty to choose from.

2) Stop wearing ascots you Scooby Doo loving fuck. Also day and morning diving is a thing but most people do it at night.

3) Dumpster diving isn't illegal unless your state or county has specific laws, just check... unless you know you're on private property of course... Most people are in-and-out before anyone ever sees them anyways. Police probably wouldn't care much anyways but just be quick so you can avoid getting seen by anyone.

The most common stuff is game cases, promotional stuff, and strategy guides but just look up some videos on youtube they find all sorts of goodies!
Hey this is really off topic (just kidding, it's a little relevant because videogames) but

Hi, is this an ascot

If so I must be wearing the coolest ascot

No, it's a scarf. Fuck
So I'm wondering...

I've had my PS1 games laid flat and stacked about fifteen high to optimize shelf-space, but I'm noticing some of them have mangled cases... I can't remember if the cases were already cracked or not. Do you guys think that over time the weight of so many games could damage the ones on the bottom?
Now that belongs in a dumpster.

But no for real, Kosh just contact me on skype and tell me if you want something and I'lll look for it. I saw some Titanfall/Destiny/Sunset Overdrive promos/posters and some Wii cases last time.

PS1 cases are just terrible, the slightest bang seems to crack the damn things. However I can't see stacking them causing damage as some of mine have been stacked for years and have stayed in the same condition.
