For what reasons? It's been a great console.

EDIT: They all are really. The only thing I have against the PS4 is the controllers are extremely weird for me to use. They've never felt comfortable but other than that, all 3 consoles have been pretty good so far and only look to get better.
I'd enjoy both Ps4 and xbone, but right now only ps4 is in my sights.
I would love to have all three, but god damn everything is so expensive these days. And then you have nintendo who HAAAAAAAVE to always do crazy shit with their handheld systems so now I gotta save up for a New 3DS. Uggggghhhhhhhhh

I often think about the excessive handheld system releases when it comes to Nintendo.

You like that brand new Nintendo DS?! Introducing the DS Lite with a smaller design and a somewhat brighter screen! But wait, better save up for the DSi, with all new functions that we didn't include in the last DS! Oh, and while you're at it, we're releasing this DSi XL iteration!

*3DS is announced*
Shit's infuriating. Now I have to buy a new 3ds to play a handful of games? Jesus Nintendo, fuck you but you can be damned sure I'll buy it like a dunce.
I bought the New 3ds because i skipped on the 3ds xl. Seemed like a good opportunity given i was interested, and now its one that actually does more.

Still sucks though.
The only reason I want the X-Box to go away is because it doesn't make very much sense, considering it's a Microsoft machine. Why not just take gaming into consideration when developing the next iteration of Windows?

I don't have anything against the games the console has, a lot of them look really great, but the X-Box (and the PlayStation 4) don't seem to be offering a great variety of things that can't be offered on a PC. Microsoft and Sony need some kind of gimmick, like the Gamepad or intuitive motion controls. Although honestly, I think that could all be done with bluetooth and USB stuff.

I'm disenchanted with home consoles, I guess. They have exactly two benefits over moving to the PC entirely: longevity and exclusives, and the former isn't really a huge guarantee.

Editing since I rambled: My main point was that it's a little weird for Microsoft to have a console when they could incorporate all of it into their larger business architecture and probably expand their potential audience.
My biggest beef with the 3DS is fucking region locking ( and not releasing the damn normal size new 3ds). I can't wait until we have a better means of playing games region free, as the current one might get patched...

What does the Xbone even have going for it at all? Sunset Overdrive, thats the only exclusive I know of? I just kind of associate the name "xbox" with garbage. I've never heard anything good about PS4 either.
Titanfall, Halo, Ryse, (the new Tomb Raider Big GrinDDDDDDDDD ) aside from Sunset overdrive, I mean you may not like the franchises they have going but I mean if that's really it, why the hell should it die because one person doesn't like what they offer? Also these consoles are pretty young, I'm sure they'll be getting more added to them exclusively (which I personally wish didn't exist, fuck exclusives.)

None of those are exclusives. (Except Tomb Raider??)

why should it exist when PC has everything it has? Microsoft has just made gaming worse as a whole anyways. The 360 had the durability of a Lego tower, and the Xbone was already terrible in it's conception. I doubt it will ever amount to anything.

Edit: There's no reason to buy one now that's for sure, but when it does get more exclusives I'm sure they'll just be generic FPS anyways. Exclusives are like the whole reason to buy a specific console??? You want all the consoles to be the same or something?
....
Okedoke then.
I've never had a single problem with my 360, and the only thing you seem to hate about the Xbox One is that it exists?
I don't like PC gaming all that much so I'm happy to have an Xbox One to game with.
Titanfall one was an exclusive although the sequels may not be, Halo has been an Xbox exclusive, and while I guess Ryse got a Windows release I'd still count it as a Xbox exclusive, never even seen it available for the PC and even if it is it's still a Microsoft exclusive.

I haven't either, my 360 works fine (It gets little use) but that fact that so many people have had issues is the problem.
I wouldn't mind it existing if it had a good reason to.
Titanfall is on 360 and PC, there's no sequels it's the same game...
Microsoft exclusive and Xbone exclusive are two different things though.
So guys, Majoras Mask remake, worth the money?

That depends on you, it's better looking and they improved a lot of the mechanics like saving and time travel.

It's still pretty much the same thing assuming you have the original, If not then definitely buy it.

Microsoft exclusive and Xbone exclusive are two different things though.

I was referring to the fact that for future games Respawn is considering a non exclusive release ala Microsoft where 99% of the gamer base is on the Xbox One.
EDIT: btw I consider anything related to the Xbox or PC as Microsoft exclusive.
