Eh I'm kind of sick of Dragon Legendaries.

I was thinking Magic could be Psychic/Dark and Science would be Steel/Dark.
For science, what about a golem? I can draw something up and put it on later, but right now I'm at school. Also, maybe magic could be some sort of "vortex" mage. It's hard to explain, but I'll draw it up for here.
Wouldn't that essentially be the same concept of Golurk?

Tanium (Titanium)
Type: Steel
Titan Pokémon

Created by ancient science, born without heart. Its body works under extreme pressure, rendering it nearly unstoppable.

The design and coloration is slightly inspired by the myth of Antlantis. The heart-shaped hole is to reflect the fact that it has no heart.

Zerkana (Beserk+Mana)
Type: Dark
Menace Pokémon

Concieved by magic millenia ago, lacking heart. It was created to serve the mage folk, but refused to obey and destroyed them instead.

The design and coloration is slightly inspired by Monster Hunter's Deviljho. While Tanium looks clean and futuristic, Zerkana looks vicious and primal. He too has a heart-shaped hole.
those designs are good.
i like the golem idea of the designs
maybe the steel pokemon should be a new type light the opposite of dark
As neat as that'd be, we can't come up with new types. We'd have to figure out new weaknesses and resistances, and besides Psychic kind of is light in some aspects. Also Tanium isn't the "good" opposite of Zerkana, and lacks a heart so it wouldn't make sense for it to be a Light type anyway.
There are various light-based moves of the Steel type, by the way: Doom Desire, Flash Cannon and Mirror Shot (sorta)
Tanium could have a light-based Steel type signature move. Zerkana could have a Dark type signature move, but that would put Zerkana in a disadvantage.

This by far is the only Pokemon I like presented in this thread, not hatin on anyone else, but a lot of these guys shown so far ain't really cuttin' it for me. Hopefully the designs will get better later on, as they're showing some improvement now.
I was figuring that, upon gaining a heart, there would be some sort of physical change. The science one would appear to be very mechanical before the change, and would be covered with some sort of metallic "skin". The magic one would be some sort of dragon (Not a dragon type, though, just resembling a dragon), with a darker, spiked form before the change, and a ligher form with curls in place of spikes afterwards.

Also, I've been working on a sketch of the science one, though, so far, it's just a small, humanoid silhouette. I'm trying to decide between making the eyes a visor (possibly hiding camera lenses), two lights, or a pair of camera lenses. I settled on a visor, though with a light on the chest.

Also, for the chaos Pokémon, it could be whatever the science and magic Pokémon were given life with (Given physical form and intelligence by man, life by the Chaos Pokémon, and, emotion by the Emotion trio. Yeah, I put a lot of thought into this.) though the process drove it insane.
I'm sorry Nick but I don't really like the designs.

They don't seem magic or tech enough.

I mean I love the art work and drawing but it does not fit with the theme enough
there are normally unique moves for legendaries

Well we can save them for two medieval knight/warrior themed Pokemon enemies or something. I really like them.

You see when Pokemon loose a battle they don't die, they simply loose their will to battle. But these two Pokemon were made with no souls. Therefor they cannot loose their will to battle, they cannot be captured or tamed!

Only by facing these Pokemon with the three special legendaries can the heartless Pokemon gain a heart and be captured.

Unless you got a better idea.

Actually, it's less "Lose the will to fight" and more "beaten until they pass out

Also, I have two sketches of the Pokémon. The first one is supposed to be the form with a heart, the second without a heart.

They don't look like Pokemon at all.

I can't look at any part of them and think of Pokemon.

They're overly detailed and lack a certain charm that makes Pokemon Pokemon, especially the one with the drill, wire attached to the drill, arms made of parts, saw shield, that is literally is a knight etc.
The idea of them being a pile of object instead a creature just throws the entire idea off.

They need to be a lot more natural.

I know I just thought they looked cool.
