Dangit Ninjask, why did you have to be a ninja Pokemon? I:C

anyway's, I'm working on concept for the ninja Fakemon, and also, I was thinking of a Dragon/Fighting type, it's nice to hear the idea from someone else C:.

EDIT: [Image: ninjafakemon2.png] the colors died again.

EDIT- Another reason is because they are meant to represent 2 eerie things one my find in a haunted house. I was going to make 2 separate pokemon lines but I figured they are already similar so i figured it could be a split form evolution. If it helps to calm your worries, they could be the new nidoran, but I think thats a bit of an unnecessary step just to so we can make their forms makes upfront sense.

To be honest that does seem a tad sexist (about women and vanity), but mostly I still find it a stretch how a painting and a mirror could be related. Also think about this, those two would still have to be the same Pokemon, meaning they have to have the same type and the same name. Gender variations basically means they have differences in appearance but never to such extremes.

You see when a Pokemon has a gender counterpart they are usually two different species.

Perhaps you could drop the painting Pokemon and stick with the Mirror. There are actually a lot of legends surrounding mirrors.

Based on the wallaby idea:
Wallopy (Wallaby+Wallop)
Type: Normal/Fight
Kangaroo Pokémon

Punching rock toughens its thick, blue skin on its fists. Winding up its arms causes whirlwinds.

Awesome, some reason it reminds me of R/S/E.

Only the names would have to be the same, different forms can be different types. When I say different form, I mean like how Deoxys can change to attack form, speed form, or defense form. As for whether or not it should be used, I think we should allow everyone else to have a say in that since, to be honest, you are the only one who I've seen that has an issue with it.

And like I said, they could be the Nidoran of this group. They have the same base but go on to two different yet somewhat close species, and in the end it only adds 2 extra pokemon which isn't much when you consider you have to make 150+.
Well male and female humans are the same species but they look very different. I understand what Koopaul means, but I personally love Chaoxys' ideas and don't see anything wrong with them.

EDIT: I confirm Chaoxys' Pokemon! Big Grin
How about a card pokémon?
The male form will be Spades (or Clubs)
The female will be Hearts (or diamonds)

When it evovles it becomes a king ( Queen if Female)

I like it, but I think the boxing gloves should be rocks, so that way it doesn't look like clothing/accessory. Other than that, it looks really good.

Why would we not want it to have clothing/accessory? It has shorts and hat already, and IMO rocks would not look good as fists. Just because he breaks rocks, doesn't mean his hands have to be rocks. I personally like the design, but I kind of wished that this would be a one staged pokemon, in which case this design would have to be more developped. I don't really see how a second stage can be made that is not too similar to the first stage. Maybe have some sort of karate belt, headband, or armbands would be a nice thing to add.

tbh i think everyone's getting a little carried away with the gender differences.
I think a card Pokemon might be interesting because I always wanted another multibodied Pokemon like Exeggcute. It could be a deck of cards used for magic tricks, a Psychic type.

Well I think he's talking about single and seperate cards, but we can work it out either way, depending on the designs done.

It could have a move called "shuffle" that let's it switch with any other party pokemon, like baton pass, without the stat thing though.

That's a great Idea, but how many cards should their be? 6 like exeggcute?

Well without the stats, there's no point since you can switch Pokemon anyway.

Shuffle could instead switch up you're stats randomly. It's risky but could bear neat results.
