Since Nick's cotton candy looks like a first stage and mine looks bigger, why not have it be peppermint -> Nick's Cotton Candy -> My cotton candy, and then have the peppermint be able to change into the jawbreaker instead (which would also have two forms). the one I made could be changed to be smaller and full of cracks with bits of gum showing, and then when it fully evolves it's gum breaks out to form arms and legs?

it'd be like the way that the Wurmple line is set up.
And now that it's 3 evolutions, it makes sense for the final ones to be very strong (huge base stat totals like Magmortar and Electivire and being the evoltuions to pokemon that would be strong enough to stand on their own)

I didn't think of that! I think it could work

Their base stats totals would be the same, probably around 425 for the first stages and 525 for the seconds. Jawbreakers would have Massive Defense (like 160 Base in its second form) and the cotton candy would have the same Sp. Defense. Then the Cotton candy could have a lot of HP and Sp Attack while the jawbreaker would have great Speed and physical Attack
We'll come up with names later guys. I should make that a rule.

Also I think the candy Pokemon should be part Ice hm?

May I ask why?
good point ike
why would it be part ice type
Because of the peppermint?
I don't think Ice would have to be their type. However it could learn Ice type moves, like Icy Wind.
Oh, I just came up with another idea... how about a Chinese mythical dragon that'd be Dragon/Fire, and a "Pulsewave Pokemon" or "Energy Signal Pokemon" that can send electronic brainwaves with its mind and be Electric/Psychic type?

The dragon's name would be Zodigon (Zodiac + Dragon). And sorry Koopaul I didn't mean to think of the name it just popped into my head. Tongue

Working on quick dragon design reference.

Quick drawn concept. Obviously lacking wings, and I wanted it to have a flaming mane and back like dragons do but I just drew spikes because I am not that great at mouse drawing, so excuse the crudeness. The tail I wanted to look better and have multiple firey shades of color but... yeah. Also tried to make a firey color in it's eyes but kind of failed. Had some trouble drawing this, and can't come up with other minor details to add on besides obvious scales... unless I can draw on a piece of paper my creative juices don't flow very well.

Name: Zodigon (Zodiac + Dragon)
Type: Dragon/Fire
Chinese Fire Dragon Pokemon

This mythical dragon has lived to be the mascot of many Chinese New Year celebrations for thousands of years. Its legendary power has reigned supreme over all other dragons and is the only one living to this day.

Anyone's free to tweak its design, the colors are just rough ideas of what it should be, the tail is just... there, and needs redesigning, and I honestly don't feel like trying to do anything else with it now. I hate when I really wanna do something cool like this but a part of me can't do it. :/

EDIT: I may try to draw it better sometime.

Depending on the condition, Wrabon evolves into either:

Suggum (Sugar+Gum)
Type: Rock/Fight
Breaker Pokémon
It's hard shell protects it from blows of any magnitude. This allows it to go all out in close combat. It's arms and legs are elastic, stretching up to 3 times the normal size.

Suggum has high Attack and Defense.

Cottandy (Cotton Candy)
Type: Rock/Ghost
Fluff Pokémon
Cottandy's body is largely made of a weird, sticky wool. Anyone foolish enough to take a bite might lose its sense of taste forever.

Cottandy has high Special Attack and Special Defense.

Reminds me of Mightyama or however you spell it.
When I think of sweets I always think of ice. Think about sugar, or mints, or frosting, or icing.
How about a bubble pokemon?
Blubble [ Bubble+blub]
Type: Water (Poison if you guys think it should be a suds)
Bubble pokemon
Dex entry: It enjoys to float in under and over water. It tries to stay away from QUILFISH for it can pop them.

EDIT: ... I just realized it looks A LOT like Cerubi ...

See, this has the same issue that the candy had at first. It looks far to basic. You essentially added a face on some bubbles...

Hmmm...

Why not make it based off of sea foam? Have it with a slug like form but look like a mass of sea foam?
We should make the candy like eevee, spearmint (grass abilities, due to its color) peppermint (ice/water abilities), and a cinnamon one (fire, since cinnamon is spicy for candy), and they all evolve from stones.
Geez, this Candy Pokemon is getting way to much attention. I don't think there should be a ton of candy Pokemon taking up the Pokedex, that's going to look silly.

It would be weird if Bronzor evolved into a bunch of Bell Pokemon now wouldn't it? It'd evolve into jingle bells (part ice), church bells (part ghost), dinner bell (part fire) and don't forget they all have another form after that. That's a whopping 6 bell Pokemon! Boy that's what gen 4 needed, more bell Pokemon!

*Ahem* Sorry, I know it's fun making up Pokemon it's just that I think we should focus on some other Pokemon right now. We don't even have a final design for our new Rat Pokemon!

Anyway here's something to help you think about how each generation did things an how things total up.

Types Per Generation!

Bug: 15, 10, 14, 9, 18 --- Total = 66 Average = 13

Dark: *, 6, 10, 7, 16 --- Total = 39 Average = 10

Dragon: 3, 1, 9, 6, 10 --- Total = 29 Average = 6

Electric: 8, 8, 4, 7, 11 --- Total = 38 Average = 8

Fighting: 8, 3, 7, 7, 16 --- Total = 41 Average = 8

Fire: 12, 10, 6, 6, 12 --- Total = 46 Average = 9

Flying: 19, 19, 12, 16, 18 --- Total = 84 Average = 17

Ghost: 3, 1, 6, 8, 9 --- Total = 27 Average = 5

Grass: 14, 10, 17, 15, 20 --- Total = 76 Average = 15

Ground: 14, 10, 13, 11, 11 --- Total = 59 Average = 12

Ice: 5, 5, 7, 7, 7 --- Total = 31 Average = 6

Normal: 16, 17, 15, 12, 12 --- Total = 72 Average = 14

Poison: 33, 4, 5, 8, 7 --- Total = 57 Average = 11

Psychic: 14, 10, 20, 9, 16 --- Total = 69 Average = 14

Rock: 11, 7, 12, 7, 10 --- Total = 47 Average = 9

Steel: *, 6, 9, 11, 12 --- Total = 38 Average = 10

Water: 32, 18, 29, 15, 17 --- Total = 111 Average = 22

Note I kept Normal and Flying separate because I wanted you to get a better understanding the differences between those two kinds of Pokemon.

Well, some pokemon are basic, look at Voltorb an Grimer. But still thanks for that Sea foam idea, though a sea foam slug sounds like Slugma Cute

Now I think we should make more ghost pokemon since we have so little of them.
