I have a suggestion for the rep, is it possible for something where the user can add a comment to someones rep for example on ebay you could get negative feedback such as:

"Wrong item" and the user could put "Customer read description wrong".

Not enough for people to get into arguments so you couldn't have pages of people commenting on reps but basically for if people do view the rep page about the user they can see that the user isn't as bad as some of the reps may insinuate.
How about a Challenge board? But not just a Challenge board.

You see, on this certain animation board there is also some sort of challenge board. However, the challenges aren't restricted to just animations, but range from Photoshopping, drawing or even making captions.

Now as a trial period, the challenge board should be closed. Only admins / moderators should be allowed to post. Maybe eventually certain special members can also post new challenges, and when everything goes right this board could be open for everyone to post challenges in.

The challenges shouldn't just be restricted to sprites, although that's probably the most common. Each challenge could be a timed one (one week, or a certain date) or an endless one. Challenges could either be there to determine a winner, or they are just there to keep people from getting bored or to improve the skills of people.
oh please shut up, you don't even know me.

also thanks cool bro tyvon you should be a mod
You should make a Requests board that redirects to the rules.
In all seriousness, switch to SMF. It is loads faster, offers precise user permission controls, and comes with many of the features members here want already built-in (though not the reputation commenting). I believe SMF's site has a conversion tool for "MyBB to SMF 1.1.5"
#1. until a moderator dies (God forbid) we have more than enough mods.

#2. the custom pokemon needs another page, it takes like two minutes to fully load because of so much stuff there.

#3. I think that we should try to update Tsr more often, normally in the summer we get daily updates.

#4. I agree with Yoder, the Tsr is moving awfully slow since Pt divided from Tsr and got replaced with TsrC
In all honesty I don't think that we need to update everyday. Just once a week doesn't seem too bad for updating. The tSR Forums moved faster before over 600 members joined. In all honesty I don't think that Dazz would be willing to get rid of the boreds just to get a faster server because I don't think many people want to sign up to the same forums over and over and over again.
Switching to SMF wouldn't require users to sign up again. It would just tranfer all the accounts to the new forum. I strongly encourage you to check it out for yourselves.

Also, the community, using SMF, of the site in my signature (I'm not plugging/adverting/spamming the site) has over 900 members with little slowdown. Granted, it doesn't have anywhere near the amount of data TSR's server has to process, but still...
But we do not want a new forum. We wanted tSR to be by itself and away from Pixeltendo.
I'll test both boards to see if a switch is viable, but I think I can already say that such a switch would not be needed, and would only cause annoyance.
Personally I thought and I believe others have said that the forums run slow from the start, I am no tech person so I am going by what I think, is it not just down to the fact that they are on the same server. I think no matter what forum we use there will be slow down since we have two databases being used on a daily basis. Also Yoder does the forum with 900 members have a site as well on the same server (I am right in saying the forums use the same server as tSR) because a 900 member forum isn't unusual, PT have over 2000 members.

And like you said the site won't have near the same amount of data as tSR which should be take into consideration since this new forum thing could make no difference, or it could make a difference.
As far as I know tSR never ran on any database. It is PHP-driven, that's true, but it uses text in contrary to MySQL.

Also, Pixeltendo is not hosted on this site, if that's what you're actually aiming at.
I know tSR is not a database of such but I guess that it takes up the same amount of space as a database would. So it is almost like it is running two databases as such. It certainly runs alot of requests and data transfer.

I know that PT doesn't run on this site, I know its Jordan sever. My point was that a forum of 900 isn't uncomon, so its not really the selling point of using that system Yoder was saying. If we think that tSR may have a simular number to PT in a couple of years then this doesn't sort out the problem.

What I was trying to say, was that I doubt that a new forum system will make a huge difference to the fact that both things are doing a lot at the same time.
fair enough. I you all don't think it will make a difference, that's fine.

For clarification, SMF is forum software, not an established forum like PT.
Not sure where to post this, but I guess it could be considered a suggestion.

Sometimes, I can't see posts I have posted, but other people can. Is that normal?
