How I create an program what used an "C" File?
I want to extract .bpr/.twr files of Tetris Zone...
So here is the site what saying about:
http://www.tetrisconcept.net/wiki/Tetris_Zone
But I can't make an C or an executable program...
EDIT: I did made the .C
Okay another one, remember that TMUF sheet I was doing? (I did all the sprites)
Okay, I got an program to read the PAK files, and GOT THEM, the track pieces icons!

One problem:
They are GBX (BannerEnv.Texture.gbx like this one)... I tried to search, but I only found to extract the track on the replay (interesting), get the password from the tracks, view the replay data and some other things, except the image data...

This is an example of the Program (for view the PAK):
It's called "ConstructionBlockInfoClip" That makes sense, and it's on the textures/images...

Help plz
Now I got some .dat files (there is a program to edit tracks and mix the blocks, what extract the blocks... but they are .dat), help?

How did you do it and can you explain?

or....

If not does anybody know how?

Does anyone know of a tutorial/program that can help me?
Man, I can't believe you guys have left this question unanswered. :/

this question's gonna delve into kind of a "grey area" on the forums, so the ultrasketchy parts are gonna be spoilered, but keep in mind I'm not condoning it, I'm speaking in the name of research

Well, for DSi hacking to be easiest for the common hacker (read: you and me) "the scene" would have to be a little more...active, if you get what I mean
And it's not. There's no way to obtain DSiWare games for research purposes as of yet, mainly because more or less...Nintendo wins, the DSi is unhackable lol
And chances are if they existed, they would be in a different, non-traditional format that isn't .nds - but don't worry, I'm pretty sure they're in a very similar format that would make them pretty accessible for you and me.

psh i totally feel ya though, i wanna rip some shantae know what i'm saying

Here's my next, more likely to be fulfilled project.
How I extract a DOS Game?
I couldn't find
Depends the game you want to rip. Search for game-specific instructions

Here's a topic looking at Kirby's Epic Yarn GFAs. I was hoping someone like Barubary or Random Talking Bush could help with this, but any support is appreciated.
Well, after searching relentlessly through the files of Pocket God, I've found the graphic files. How to view them though is somewhat confusing. Using Tile Molester I've figured out the proper codec, but I am unable to determine the palettes properly.
The specs are Mode 2-Dimensional and the codec is one of the 16bpp, any of them really work, but I'm not sure which is the 'proper' one.

Take a look at these files.

Notably 'TextureAtlas0.raw16' and 'TextureAtlas1.raw16' with the previously mentioned specifications and the viewer at max width.

Can someone help me out here?

Thanks for finally answering my question. I had stopped checkng after a while because just about everybody ignored it and wen't on answering new questions. In fact I wouldn't have even seen this if I didn't have another question to ask. Well anyways that sucks. That we can't obtain DSi games... for research.

Amen.

Anyways I had another question. I recently acquired the no$gba emulator, and when in use it give the option to emulate GBA (no backlight), GBA SP backlight, Nintendo DS (in GBA mode), and VGA (poppy bright). So which mode would be prime for ripping?

I'm wondering if there are any tools I need to rip sprites from a Doujin game I have called OtomexSenti. I may have found the sprite files, but they use special versions(?) of PC1 files. Is there any other way to rip sprites from such games? I'm still new to this sprite ripping business. >_<

EDIT: I don't like using AnimGet for this because it takes me a long time to clean up the pictures.
OH SNAP! 2x EDIT COMBO: I dumped the memory and tried opening it with GGD, but all that came up was a mess of pixels. Please help?
Please help me? I really want those sprites and I'm getting quite frustrated with trying to get the sprites properly. I'm still a beginner when it comes to stuff like this. Pretty please?
