(eg, his defence form is his shield, and/or down+B (if his down B is a defensive move), his speed forme is his running (in the anime it can very quickly transform) and Up+B (provided Up B is a movement move) etc)

I thought that's what everyone wanted to do anyway...?
Yeah, the Deoxys form changing thing had been an idea from the start. I don't see that changing.

I don't really know how this would work out..

But I was thinking more along the lines of him summoning those
strange pokeballs from his movie and releasing Clone Version of
all of Pokemon Trainer's pokemon.

They can either do a stronger version of Tri Attack, which I wouldn't
recommend, or they could just run around the stage spamming special
attacks.
Uuh, the pokemon trainers Pokemon? Nah. I would say (if the idea is used, despite the fact it wasn't in any of the pokemon games) that it should release several black pokeballs that automatically open when they collide with a wall or floor, and dont need anyone to throw them. Also, the pokemon inside is always one of the pokemon that attacks enemies (like Unown and Moltres, but not Goldeen or anyone like that)
Sorry for double-posting, but no-one has posted here for a while now.

Anyway, for Sonics Down-B, shall we have a move more like his tornado move from Sonic Battle, that sends projectiles or enemies that Sonic is touching flying in a random direction?
Yeah, I thought it was lame in SSBB since sonic had two special attacks that are almost EXACTLY the same thing.
Maybe it sucks items/characters in like the Mario Tornado instead? More damage depending on how much Sonic can pick up, and maybe you can move slightly left/right to move closer to things/people?
If it's his down B, why not just use his bounce attack thing like in Adventure 2? I mean, the tornado works too, I just enjoyed bouncing around in that game, plus it could work as a meteor mash where you slam into the opponents head, then bounce off.
That seems more like a down-A than a down-B.
Maybe we can change up his side B and leave his Down B. I mean his down B resembles how people loved to press the button repeatedly on the spin dash to make Sonic go faster. I believe his side B could be Ancient Light from Adventure 2. He goes into spin dash form but you have to hold it or else it won't charge up all the way. When he is done he will surrounded by a blue light in which he can only walk, run, and jump. He can't perform any attacks until he lets go. This would also give Sonic time to go after his opponents to get a hit with ancient light. It also hits any player that is closer to the opponent as well. (Ex. If three opponents were right next to each other Sonic would hit one and continue to proceed to the next one. I believe this would work out.
I think Sonic's down B should be his bounce attack from SA2B. His Neutral B should be the tornado attack, side B should be the spin dash that you can charge up and release to roll off. Neutral A (when in air) should be the homing attack, but it will activate immediately -- without charging up.
I don't know. the Bounce thing could work but the tornado is pushing it.
Pushing it? How so? I like the idea of the tornado. It could be very similar to Meta Knight's tornado B attack. I was thinking you could even leave the whole rising effect it has, but that really doesn't make sense. It made sense for Meta Knight, seeing as he can pretty much fly.

I reckon Runouw's idea for having it as his B would be good. Like in Meta Knight's, the more you tap it, the longer it lasts. You can only move left and right, and to avoid spamming the move in one spot, maybe it actually can't stay still? Maybe it literally has to move left or right?

Just my thoughts on this. What d'ya think? Smile
I think we should keep B as the homing attack. There is nothing more fun than a Sonic vs. Sonic B only fight.

I say make vB Tornado, and vA Bounce.
Well its because we don't want to change too much from the original. Only one B move needs to be changed because its too much like the other. Also the tornado move is less common than Sonic's Bounce move.
