I can't say I can find anything wrong with those suggestions. I particularly like the taunt-sword idea, and I think the sword should only respawn after losing a stock.
I'm going back on the Luigi thing for a second to say that I suggested that EVERY Luigi special attack should have some sort of small-chance critical that changes the effects of the attack; instead of just his forward B. I suggested this already but I don't know where the post is.

EDIT: Oh, actually, it's in the first post.
I was thinking Thunderhand might be better as a smash attack too since he never throws lightning to my knowledge.
That would actually work much better.
Yes Ganon uses his sword in a smash game, finally.
I like the Ganon sword idea.
How about instead of the taunt its his B Down to draw and spawn a sword. I never liked the idea of taunts being a critical part of a moveset its like having an extra move from all the other characters. Kirby and Luigi can get away with it since those are not really used in fighting.

Maybe the sword would act like Wario's Bike. He can't draw it again as long as its still on the stage somewhere but he can produce another one if someone tosses it off stage.

Regular B should be Ganondorf's volley ball orb that he always uses. Instead of it being charged up like Samus' or Lucario's, you have to hold the button down and you can't move.
Also what about the somersault idea for Sonic?

I still like it. As well as Thunderhand for Luigi's Side Smash

Also I'd like to request we replace some wins:
*Ganondorf's laughing win for the epic sword one he has in Melee (only with the Twilight Princess sword instead)
*Luigi's "falling like a board" win for the "dancing side to side" win from the original Smash (64)

That's all I can think of
OK so the Toon Link topic is getting off topic with moveset discussions, so I'm bringing it here. I came up with a bunch of B moves (though most have been suggested already, this is just my way of putting them together)

B: Slingshot: works just like it sound it would. Hold it to charge. The longer it's held the further it flies and the mroe it damage. But it also works like the Level 2 slingshot in FSA. It shoots in 3 directions when fully charged (straight forward and two at upward angles. All three fall eventually.

B: Mole Mitts: He puts these gloves on and slashes forward. If the enemy is close enough, he will grab them from underneath and fling them upwards (think the way Bowser's B in Melee worked, you could slash someone if they weren't close but you could also grab them).

Bv: Bombchu: Placed on the ground and it scurries forward. Works like Hothead did in Brawl, except it sticks to ALL surfaces, and doesn't fall off of some ledges. Explodes on impact, or after a few seconds.

Bv: Hammer: Held high over his held, then swung down with great force. Creates a shockwave that hits around him. This could also be a Down Smash. It would change randomly between the three Hammers (FSA Magic Hammer, PH Hammer, WW Skull Hammer) like how Peach's Forward Smash changes between the frying pan, the golf club, and the tennis racket.

B^: Whirlwind/Deku Leaf: When used in the air, a gust of wind swirls upward and Toon Link flies up. Then he floats with the Leaf similar to Peach's B^. Hurts a little with little knockback the whole time. But maybe if someone is directly under you when you use it in midair, the air guts pushes them downward (like a toadstool jump, not like a spike). When used on the ground, he pulls out the Whirlwind and blows into it. It shoots a gust of wind that dissapates after a little bit. It does minor damage if hit up close, but othewise just pushes people away.

B>: Pegasus Boots: runs in place when held down, then shoots off on a run. Lasts longer depending on how long it was held. He holds his sword straight out. Can change direction like Jiggs/Yoshi/Sonic.

B>: Boomerang: Maybe one move could stay? The Boomerang is sort of a staple of the Zelda series, and sicne we got rid of the Bow this might work.

B>: Fire Rod: From FSA. Just shoots a fireball.

B>: Cane of Pacci: Either flips the oppnent like Mewtwo did in Melee with his B> (although that sucked so probably not), or pushes them intot he ground like DK's B>.
Maybe he could use the Mole Mitts in a Smash attack?
Yeah, then we could use the Slingshot. The Hammer should probably be his Smash v and the Bombchu be the Bv.
B: Whirlwind- The longer you hold it, the farther it goes. It works like Links Gale Boomerang in Brawl, but, when charged fully, it tosses foes up.

^B:Great Spin/ Deku Leaf- This works like Links ^B, but you have to charge it in air to go higher (like Diddy Kong). Charger it to long and you'll go up high (or spin for a long time if you were on the ground) but you'll be dizzy. After the attack, link will pull out his Deku leaf and glide down.

vB: Bombchu- Works like any other bombchu.
or
vB: Sand Wand- Strikes foes directly infront of you with a pillar of sand.

>B: Skull Hammer- Slowly swings the hammer.
or
>B: Mole Mit combo

This isn't really my idea of his moveset, I'm just throwing ideas in the open.

Grab: Gust jar- Pull enemies towards him using the jar, then either grabs them, or just launches them from it.
The gust jar for a grab would be awesome.
The Gust Jar grab seems rather odd honestly. I'd like to make my suggestion of the Grapple Hook for the grab.
