Gee, with all these done, there's actually not that many 6th Generation Pokémon left to rip. Maybe I'll make that my goal before the month's over?
Does this script work with other BCH-using 3DS games?

No, it does not. The one for Pokémon X/Y only works with those games, and the Omega Ruby/Alpha Sapphire script only (kinda) works with those, they don't work correctly (if at all) with other games that have the same format (including Smash Bros. for 3DS).
Man, sucks. How did other people do it with the 3DS Mega Man?

"Other people"? You mean me. I had to rip that manually.
How then. Sorry, I don't go around the internet often.
how? he looked through the model data via hex and looked for offsets for bones, verts, meshes, uv's, and other stuff, along with texture offsets and all that crap... he probably spent a good 1-3 months doing megaman alone

...that reminded me of how tiny the batch of new Pokémon is in gen 6. Anyways, looking good, RTB!

Just to remind you. I already sent you a PM here containing the files two days ago, but I still have yet to receive any reply from you since then.

Things happened. I'll go take a look right now.
Well, time to request again. This time, I'll be requesting Psyduck, Golduck and Hitmonlee.
Kind of an odd request, but, can I get Jigglypuff (Rigged.)?

Sent the PM now. It seems like the problems were mainly from the physics model, and the new model attempt not matching the size of the previously-ported files. I've sent you everything that you'll need, should work just fine now.
Can anyone rip the overworld models in a .fbx format? Even the badges?
I've just put some new models on submission, they will be avaiable soon.

Rattata, Raticate, Spearow, Fearow, Arbok, Clefable, Vulpix, Ninetales, Jigglypuff and Wigglytyff
