Okay, all of the bosses look A+ except silver.

out of all of the characters they could have chosen why the fuck did he need to be in there. Shadow was good enough.
3 final/semi final bosses, 3 rival bosses. Makes sense to me.

The same reason Chaos 0 had a brain in SA: To show off.
I also like that he has what looks like an exoskeleton now. I mean, all the Chaos forms building up top that formed bones, and when when he hits Perfect CHaos in the original game, they were gone. I think this design makes more sense.








And now we have it officially stated. That part of City Escape was a reference, not a random bit of auto tune.

That aside, Sky Sanctuary looks awesome.
Kinda looking forward to that demo even more now hopefully a lot of those kinks were hammered out.

This game just looks more and more polished I want to say I'm feeling good about everything but I still need it in my hands. Although from everything that they're showing and promising this can't possibly end up being worse Sonic 2006 I just honestly need to feel how Classic Sonic latest build feels.

So a new demo got released and SEGA didn't learn. Either that or they're doing it on purpose, because there's a lot of juicy music on the demo:


First off, a simple loop called "Network" which is probably for some network options or leaderboards screen, which uses Sonic Mega Collection's main theme:



Second, a small melody called "Time Break", which is a remix of Sonic Advance 3's Cyber Track Zone



Then, a small melody called "Precious Time", of Knuckles Chaotix's Special Stage:




Oh what's that? Obscure references of really great music of Sonic's history isn't good enough for you? You didn't squee like a girl going "I can't believe they put this song in!". You think these are all too short? How about a 7 minutes long End Credits Melody of all of the main stages?

Looking at those Modern Sonic videos I do see that there are brief moments of 3D platforming scattered about in the stages between the boosting through long narrow paths. Kinda wish they'd have more 3D platforming than boosting...

I'll be honest, you scared me with that. I was afraid that was going to be followed with "The gameplay for modern sonic sucks, blah blah blah."
