Peach's collar is to short and needs to be wider untill it hides a little bit of her poofy sleeve on our left.
The part of her dress below the belt should be moved a little bit to our right.

High heels suits Peach better in my opinion.
I prefer goomba A without the lump.
Glad I could count on your suggestions as usual, Hiyna! As for you, Captainkakarot64, it took me a bit to wrap my head around your suggestions, but this is what I got.

you might want to pick up Peach's Left arm, it seems like her shoulders are diagonal which looks rather weird
The collar you have on the bottom of the sheet is a good improvement.

That's not exactly what I meant about the dress, I meant something more like this quick little edit.

Literally move the dress part to the right or remove a bit from the left part of her dress if that's easier.
Thanks for making your point clear, Captainkakarot64!

Peach looks pretty good, but the bottom of her dress is missing some details the canon Paper Mario games have.

Here's a VERY rough example edit of what I mean.

I also think the dress could be a tad shorter? Or is it just me?
Oh, I wouldn't worry about that. Once I get a majority vote on the final shape of the dress and how it should be rigged, I'll move onto the finishing touches. Wink
Alright.

Your work is still very good, though. I still like it more than the modern Paper Mario style, even after Color Splash's amazing art style showed itself.
I think dress B is the best.

I don't like the Peach on the left side. Her hips should be a little bit smaller and the shoulder strap on the right side should be broader except if the shoulder straps from her suit are supposed to be thin, then the shoulder strap on the left side must be thinner.

If the dress is supposed to be a different design compared to the first two paper mario games just like how Peach's sport dress has changed between mario tennis 64 and mario power tennis, I don't mind. If the dress is supposed to be the same as the first two paper mario games, I agree with Filler.
Alright, here's some more progress. I tried my best with the neck and the hips.

I like New Peach, in fact you should take it further and make the neckline a bit wider like this

New Peach definitely looks better now Smile
The dress looks fine and I am not familiar with rig, so I can't help you with that.
I actually created a test rig of one of the dresses a while back. As much as I'm willing to show it in acton, it'll have to wait until I fixed the expired license of my copy of Maya. For now, the best I could do is show you some rough tests seen below.

It's not the neck, it's how the rest of her body interacts with the neck, on one side it looks like a spaghetti strap, on the other side it looks like a crew neck shirt
I like B and I prefer the reused buttons.
The monocle on Fez in the middle of your sheet looks more like a recolored eye, maybe it would look better if the small side of his monocle hides his other eye partly? The frown looks more like a neutral face, make his eye and monocle look a bit more angry.
