Been playing Star Wars Battlefront. It's freaking awesome.

I've always been stuck on the very last one, a 99 picarat slide puzzle. Today I picked up my DS while restarting my PC and decided to give it another shot. After some tries I got it. Feels sooo good to finally have 100%'d that game (this isn't including weekly puzzles).

Next goal is the Diabolical Box Wink

I think I know the slide puzzle you're talking about.  I needed Cinemarella's help figuring it out ('A`)

But after you do, it's extremely satisfying, especially with your newly-acquired dopey Layton Crown
Not sure what you mean by Layton Crown; you get a golden Layton head on your save file once you finish the game, but there's nothing additional for completing all the puzzles. I'm talking about the very last puzzle in Layton's Challenges, Royal Escape.
I cracked.

I was close to getting those Super Mario menu icons I wanted in the Badge Arcade, since I scored 3 free plays in practice, but you NEED 4 to be able to "grab" it. It's too big to grab. You use the crane to push it in the opening after pushing the others that block it. I only had 40 cents on my account, so I went and bought a 15 euros eShop card just for that one euro I need for that one play. If I had shut the game down, I had to redo the whole thing, so thank goodness I only put my 3DS in sleep mode.

I got that badge (it's actually 2 attached to each other: a Mii Park one and an eShop one) in my first try and when trying to complete my collection with the camera icon, I barely missed and pushed the badges in a position in which I couldn't grab it. Wasted 3 tries on that and decided to grab an 8-bit in another machine Mushroom instead.

Only after I fuck up and spent my paid plays the rabbit decides to tell me I could've reset the machine. Like... FUCK THAT RABBIT!!! I had many free play sessions, but only after a paid one he decides to give me that hint. "But you probably already knew that," he says. I liked him until I spent that one euro. Now I hate his guts for every paid fuck-up.

I used the rest of the 15 euros to buy the last remaining Smash 3DS DLC I missed and 3D Sonic the Hedgehog 2. I had just over a euro left and FUCK THAT FUCKING BUTTERFINGER CRANE ASS PIECE OF SHIT stupid high stacked badges blocking the crane. I got some badges, but I could've gotten more. At least I got the full set of menu icons, so screw that rabbit and his stinking arcade, I'm back to using only free plays.
So... how do you reset the machines?
I haven't tried it yet, so I don't know. But now I know the option's there, it shouldn't be hard to figure it out myself. Perhaps the rabbit will tell me if I beat the living shit out of him with my stylus.
You just gotta click on the rabbit while you're in the machines, and there should be an option to reset the machines. Speaking of the Badge Arcade...

*start salt* ...F***! I just got ALL of the badges on the practice catcher in hope for a free play. All 5, I saw in the practice catcher that there's a Magby badge. I WANT IT, BUT NOT A SINGLE DAMN FREE PLAY! AND IT'S THE LAST PLAY DAY ON THE POKÉMON MACHINES SO RIP MY MAGBY BADGE! Screw you rabbit. *end salt*
Just finished off that new "Challenge" mode in Shovel Knight Genki ^_^
I've been mostly playing Universe Sandbox 2 lately. surprised a sim has drawn me in so much, but I do love space, and I also love blowing things up. recently I went through every planet in the solar system in reverse order, turning them into stars and making them go supernova soon after. poor Mercury got obliterated before I got to it.
I got to play a demo version of Super Mario Sunshine last Saturday. Was pretty fun!

Besides that, I've just again started playing Pirateers on Kongregate, with the goal of beating the entire game this time.

I also have just discovered Jacksmith, and I must say I find it much more enjoyable than the Papa Louie <insert restaurant here> series.

Honestly, I'm not plying as many games as I used to. IDK why.
Playing now Star wars Galactic Battlegrounds. It’s basically Age of Empires II engine with Star Wars stuff. Amassing AT-ATs and Stormtroopers to fight rebels never gets old.
God I love Galactic Battlegrounds. One day I'll buy it in a format that'll work on a modern computer; right now all I have are the discs. :\

Picked up Dragon Age Inquisition again. There's so much to do in this game I feel more like I'm playing an MMO than a console RPG.
I heard that the GOG version of this title works for Win 7 and forward. But what happens with your game? Mine gets some color problems but it is still playable. The only things that mess up are the portraits in the databank, the campaign menu and some red pixels around the grass.

Unfortunately the non GOG version users have to deal with the color problem unless you turn off Explorer.exe, but I find this more an issue than a fix.
When it does run, I do have the color problem yes. Most of the time it just crashes before it can finish loading.
I feel like an idiot, trying to keep going for that big block with MK8 Metal Mario, Pink Gold Peach and Super Star in Badge Arcade. It looks so easy to just nudge into the hole, but it won't budge, ever. Spent the last of my 4 Free Plays (1 freebie, 1 for 10 dummies and 1 for bonus dummy badge) on a different machine and landed 3 badges at once. But that's not the best part yet.
I've got the most free badge I can get, freer than spending free plays. I just highlighted one machine during one of the free plays and a MK8 ?-Block just fell. Free badge. I'll take it.
