First time I bothered to click on this thread Tongue

Reading Dragonball and Full Metal Alchemist. I also occasionally watch DBZ.

Isn't that that spin-off series by Akira Toriyama that has a cat that looks like Majin Buu?

Found Tiger Colosseum Drama Track set in the F/SN universe that is Type-Moon, a Metal Gear Solid Drama Track along with a SRW OG Drama Track.

Gonna take my time on these listening to them, not in this particular order. the SRW OG drama CD is pretty long though; I found most of these on youtube!

Also, how'd the fuck you get ahold of Neko Majin Bat-Hound?
I just finished Fate/Stay Night.

The first couple of episodes were unbearably boring (I actually had to watch maybe the first 5 or so episodes twice because I kept falling asleep on all of them) but it got better.

For me, it didn't live up to the hype, but it was still good.
I enjoyed it overall.

Time for Fate/Zero.

edit- I got curious and googled the cg sets from the f/sn VN.
The eroge scenes oh my god
That one tohsaka and saber scene in the ruins in the forest makes so much sense now that it has (more) context. I had a feeling that they were hinting at that (and I guess they made it pretty obvious that that was what they were trying to get across) but everyone's reactions to it before and after make a lot more sense now.
Yeah the FSN anime is pretty shitty compared to the VN, specially with the clusterfuck composed of the three routes and CG DRAGONS

Also Nasu's H-scenes are godly, not because of the fap material but because of how funny they are

Quote:I'm like an insect attracted to honey. I expose my erect self and advance to devour the flesh in front of me.

She takes off her skirt. The classroom is instantly filled with the smell of woman.

Fua, haa, ah---it feels good, Emiya-kun---it's in so deep...! ...Ah, I can feel it all the way up into my head---

My dick feels like it's boiling, but she feels hotter still.

I show her no consideration. My grotesque meat stabs into her, striking against her womb.

Her lewdness is a great nightmare. Her anus is defenseless. It contracts every time I move, looking like a second reproductive opening. ---Tohsaka's anus. The dirtiest part of her is right in front of me.

The sperm in my testicles is about to burst out.

I'm so tired, as if I ejaculated all my blood.

Her voice echoes in my brain. My body does not move. I've ejaculated half my organs, after all. What human could move after such a feat?

I... can't believe it. I ejaculated so much, and there's still more?

It feels so good that I want to vomit. A woman's back is before my very eyes. Her big butt is squashed in front of me. ----I'm piercing Sakura from behind. It makes me imagine that I'm inserting it in her butt instead of her pussy, and it's all the more unbearable.
ahahahahahahaha oh my god
thank you suigin

edit- i had a feeling that the extremely out of place cg dragon taking shiro's arm into its mouth and then him spraying blood everywhere was a metaphor for something
So lately I've been watching more anime than usual (for me, it's still barely any, and it's all pretty much stuff everyone's already seen) SO LET'S NAME THEM OFF AND WHAT I THOUGHT OF THEM IN VAGUE TERMS.

Last weekend I marathoned Puella Magi Madoka Magica. It was really, really good and had a good, interesting plot.

On Friday I actually watched two things, the first of them being Rebuild of Evangelion 2.22. I liked it, it was really different from the series so it felt fresh.

Then later that night I watched The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. I loved it, especially the last third or so of it. Had a nice, sweet plot.

OH MAN VAGUE EXPLANATIONS OF WHY I LIKED THINGS
I just finished the first season of Fate/Zero.

Holy.
Shit.

10/10

I want to watch the second season so bad now but there's no way I'll be able to wait out the week gap between each episode, ahaha
I'm gonna watch something else and hopefully the season will be over so I can watch it all at once.

In the meantime, I'll be watching Maria+Holic Alive.
Not really looking forward to it considering the first season was pretty meeeeeehhh but I heard it's better so I might as well get it out of the way now.
I still watch DBZ and Devil may cry. Oh, and YU-GI-OH!Cute
Take family guy to the cartoons thread, please. Replace it with umm.. Sonic X? It's a chinese cartoon. *laughs*
Finishing up Dragon Ball. I have to say, comparing this to DBZ I really wonder why the hell Akira made these random decisions to make DBZ more actiony.

I still need to finish up Hajime No Ippo (aka Fighting Spirit). After that I don't know what I'll watch aside from Casshern Sins and Deadman Wonderland.

It went from a humorous take on a Chinese epic to flying monkey men who destroy planets

I think he came up with new ideas such as Goku's origin and where Piccolo/Kame came from, which brought in the aspect of new enemies from space, then the actiony stuff just kind of came in by itself. In Dragon Ball, Goku was often either much stronger than his opponent, or just strong enough, so it was quite light-hearted and not as serious. But in DBZ, most of Goku's enemies are way stronger than him the first time, and he always has to train, whereas in Dragon Ball he just trained for fun.
The fact that he's an adult also makes it much more intense, since he knows his responsibility of protecting Earth.
Even though it's my favorite anime, don't you think that DBZ can get a bit TOO serious at times? It's also kind of annoying when they describe every single detail about how strong an energy attack is.
Quote: ...Buu's accumulated energy in his Ki wave is so strong, that he can destroy a planet the size of earth, 3 times with a single shot...
Why not just say, "we're fucked"?
I agree that it can get too serious at times. I'm reading Dragon Ball for the first time, and I like how light-hearted it is. DBZ is probably one of the most serious popular anime out there, but it's still cool to watch Big Grin
