Venom's in the screencap right above Deadool so I guess it's just an assumption that he's in.

^ This. It's pretty cool that this list predicted Haggar, but one character doesn't make the whole list real. Venom is probably in just because he's Venom, but we thought the same thing about certain other characters.

I think the characters from the previous games should be in this game, because removing a character would be bullsh*t.

I can't neccesarily agree with that, there are always weak people in a roster that shouldn't be carried over from one game to the next (chun li in any game ever, sorry!)
but there are guys that are AMAZING and should be in EVERY game

Roy, Mewtwo, and Young Link were all good characters
Dr. Mario and Pichu could be done without, though.
Actually, I wasn't saying that the characters shouldn't have returned, I was saying that they weren't in Brawl, but now I'm getting off topic.
You know, looking at that deconfirmations list, I'm incredibly surprised I've never thought of what a Breath of Fire character would be like... God dammit, now I have so many ideas. xD
