A big problem with it is that, in all that running, his bottom doesn't move up or down at all.

Still too stiff...
I'd sudgest watching some small four legged animals running for a smoother animation, like this for instance: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=14UOxPx8ZtI
It doesn't have to be real, but see how the hindquarters raises up more, and the tail is more fluid? you should try to make it like that IMO.

that one actually shows you 8 frames, in normal speed and slow speed.

It is better, but like what was stated before, and by you, the tail needs more movement, and the ears also need some movement as well.

Body wise, it is better than before, but to me, he can still have a little more "bounce" (can't think of a better word) in his rear when his front feet touch the ground.

I'd like to apologize for my behavior back then. I'm almost whole different person now... Idk how alive this project is but I would like to see some more from you guys. It would be nice to see another fan smash game around. The engine so far is impressive, however it lacks sprites.

Sorry I really can't contribute much being a SSF2 dev, but I wish you guys good luck from hear on. I still may stop by from time to time to say hi but you can always contact me at MG... Not that I expect anyone would want to...

The animation is good but it doesn't match the style and the Pikachu in general. The tail, ears, and feet need to be adjusted to make it look like the base and the shading is off.
