Did some work on MegaMan, Added the Buster pose, and an idea for a moveset:

Neutral B: MegaBuster- Standard arm cannon, Hold to charge
Side B: Master Weapon [**]
Up B: Shoryuken, Hold forward to move a little bit extra
Down B: Powerslide. Works just like in the game, But you slide under taller enemies.

** I was thinking that one of his taunts would change his color, Which would change his Side B, with the Standard Blue being Megacharge(The one on the 10th row)

Good job on the buster and all, but but he looks horribly out of style.

I'd fix it, but Ican't open any programs. =/
I knew it was a bit out of style, Something about it just bugged me.

I can fix it if you tell me whats wrong.
Shading problems, mostly.

use this pallete Gaia made as a ref or base.
as far as mega man goes i think teh colors are vastly improved but i still think mega man should be a bit more "chibi" more kid like, the sprite of mega man as he is now kinda reminds me of the old mega man cartoon show ya know? i always picture mega man as he did in mega man 8 like a pre teen
I feel ignored...
I don't like the idea of Megaman using the Shoryuken simply because it's an homage to Ryu and not an attack of his own.
my school's starting tomorrow, so I won't have enough time to do stuff :/ sorry, Sploder. I'll try to help whenever I can.
For all my fan wish list characters i have for mega mans move set:

B - Mega Buster - Can charge and all that

Side B - Rush Jet - Rush would transform into a Jest and ram whichever side you were facing

Up B - Rush Coil - Mega Man will spring off Rush's Coil into the air

Down B - Power Slide

Final Smash - Upgrages

Though down B and side be are a lot alike, I have it so that Rush follows Mega Man in battle kinda like Ice Climbers, but he cannot be hurt or attacked and forget about what i said about mega man 8 maybe a sort of cross between Powered Up mega Man and a MM8 height? just thinking more big headed?

Ehh, It seems like a good idea when put in words, but I'm not sure it would translate well into gameplay. Maybe

Megaman Is fine the way he is, I think he is better portrayed as this, rather than this.

i think some one should do the overlord and his minons. I would if i could but i cant sprite worth a darn.

here are my ideas for his moves

special-minion grab (picks up a minion and can throw him at the enemy. browns will just strike the enemy then return to you. reds will cause fire damage on contact. greens will grab on to the enemy and stab him on the back. blues use magic to stun them.)

side special-minion sweep (makes the minions rush foward. if held you can controll them remotly.)

down special-minion summon (summons a minion. ten total can be out at one time and they die in 1 to 2 hits. 1/4 chance of it being a brown/red/green/blue. a summond minion will follow you like the pikem to olimar but they wont get separated from you. )

up special-uses a minion like a platform and jump into the air (if used a as a recovery you might lose one of your minions.)

final smash-minion army (minions will swarm the field to wreck a little havock. also these minions are sronger and can do more damage and take twic as much to kill you have no contorll of these minions so they will act on their own.)

minion abilities

browns-they will hammer the enemy with their club and if they are swept over a nocked down enemy they will jump on and pummle them till they get up.will die if they fall into water.

reds-they are resistent to fire and will abosbe stuff like bowsers flames. they will try to throw fire ball when the enemy is within a certan rang when swept. will die if they fall into water.

greens-they will try to stab the enemy and or try to jump on their back to stab them when swept. also are resistent to poisen and will absorbe it . will die if they fall into water.

blues-they will try to stun the enemy with their magic and will heal knocke out minions also are the only minions that can swim.

all the minions-when killed they will stay their for about three seconds then disapear or can be revived by the blues. also if you are knocked down the minions will attack any enemy close to you.
