Right so I discovered that all the sprites in Fobjpc0070.png are all exactly the same, so that's a huge chunk of useless right there. Fobjpc0069.png is a bit annoying to work with as well because the sprites aren't on top of each other (i.e. seemingly random space between lines) so it'll be difficult to get them into their proper animation boxes. I'll see what I can do though.

I've already got most of the Bros sheet done though, here's a (pretty big) preview. As usual this probably isn't how the final sheet will be laid out but any suggestions would be welcome. Oh, and if the background is too similar to Luigi's clothes then I can change it.

Also I wanted to ask, would Fobjpc0072.png be included in here or not? From what I remember it looks like the sprites for the pollen minigame, so should they be put in this or in a "minigames" sheet that will probably be made later on?
it's beautiful! and no Luigi's clothes are more than differently colored enough. Tongue
Looking great! Awesome work!
OK so it's been forever but I finally did some more work on the bros sheet, here's what I've got. It looks like I've got pretty much all of the controlled bros actions now, there are just a couple of cinematic animations left (hugging, etc).

However, as you can tell this is getting pretty huge, and even once I properly organise it I don't think it'll really be comfortable to view on the site. I was thinking that perhaps it's better to split it up into separate sheets? For example: Spin Jump & Drill Move, Balloon Mario, Cinematic Bros (or something like that) and Unused Bros Sprites (containing the handstand jump and block Mario). Honestly, I'm convinced that that handstand jump is unused, just look at it. If anyone has proof of otherwise then I'd like to see it, but I just don't remember seeing it outside of the Spin Pipe attack.

If you guys still prefer it all in one sheet that's fine, but I just personally find this a bit big. Nothing compared to those Bastion sheets, but those were huge by nature.

Oh, I also wanted to ask about the minigame sprites, namely Fobjpc0072.png and Fobjpc0083.png (tiny spin jumping bros and them bunched up in a ball, respectively). I was thinking they could maybe go in their own sheet along with the rest of their respective minigame's sprites.
looks pretty awesome! I do feel that some of the Bros. Moves or whatever can go on their own sheets but I think it's ultimately up to A.J.?
Amazing job! And we'll be happy to put it on the site no matter what you decide to do with it. Tongue
I'd say just keep the overworld Bros. poses onto one sheet just so that things aren't all over the place on the game section of the site. But really, I'd like to see how big the full bros. sheet is before we decide to do from there.
OK, so now I've got everything on the sheet. Here it is as usual, and here it is organised in a vertical strip (if I've missed anything please say).

Needless to say, both of these are huge. I personally still think it best to organise them into separate sheets, but if you want it all in one sheet that's fine.
If we do it in one sheet, should I keep it in this vertical form or should I widen it a bit?
it's fine as one sheet in the second one.
I like the vertical strip as well. How much is there left to rip for this sheet?
That's all, it's done. So should I add a tag and submit it with an icon then?

(By the way, am I overreacting about how big it is? I'm just not really used to seeing, let alone making, such large sheets.)
Please do! And yes, overthinking it a bit. Tongue
Ya, I'd say go ahead and make an icon. But before you do submit it, I'd look through the sheet just a bit and see if you could make less blank space. I feel like the sheet could still be a little smaller.
for example, you could easily place the single sprites that are on their own line, on the line(s) above it and just place black lines between them or space them farther away or whatever to show they aren't directly part of the animation. it would cut down on vertical space, anyway.
Sorry for the huge delay, I've been busy with some other stuff. Here's what I've done.

I tried cutting out some of the blank space, but cutting the width just increases the height anyway. Still, I chopped the widest animations (Mario emptying himself of air) in halves, and did Mighty's suggestion with the singular sprites. I can't say there's less blank space but it looks a bit better.

Personally I think it looks all right, but if you have any more suggestions for cutting out space I can try and do so.
