Okay, I know when to admit defeat, I give up. Well, I don't give up, but I need help because I have no clue what I'm even aiming for.

Tomorrow (well it's past midnight for me so today... Sunday) is my last day off of work for a few days so I really want to finish everything up, and all thats left on the list is... Portrait W and Portraid L. I'm guessing thats win and lose mugshots? Idk, I'm going by whats on the list.
Ummmm....... That mugshot looks like it could use a few tweaks. mainly around the the jaw area.
that looks awful. though i rememebr sugesting that you should either use the Stands in JOJO's bizarre as a reference, or just simplify your character desing as one of the characters. the stands particulary are quite surreal, wich garnt you a lot of freedom as to how they should look.

i mean, the whole thing is a joke, so you should keep the mugshot as one(i can tell you is hard as chris's balls, but if you can do it, you'd feel completely accomplished)

Okay now I seriously do give up (Well not really). I keep trying and it keeps looking like crap. I'll probably tryagain later but right now I'm a bit annoyed with this.

Idk, is there a character in the series that I would do well to base my sprite off of? I know nothing about the series so I'm really at a loss here.
Like Meta said, the Stands are a good reference. Your character kinda does look like "Gold Experience" (I think I've showed this same reference here to somebody?), because he's the more robo-like.

The issue is that I keep trying to draw it out like how my character usually looks, which is obviously not in the style of how it's meant to looks.
try copying the reference exactly, and then editing it from there into your guy.

I was actually going to work on that next! I don't have too much for them, but I'll try to make them somewhat goofy.
Do we need an animation for the recoil after the jump and into the idle?
Like, the 4 (or however many) jumping/landing frames, and one more for transition?

Also, can the duck animation be one frame? or does it need a transition? I'm new to this :V

Is this slightly closer? I know it isn't finished, I just want to know if the design fits. I also plan on redoing the blue headplate part.

EDIT- Crap. I forgot to remove the mustache. Oh well, imagine that but without the mustache... or with it, idc.
