Neptunia VII .pac
#1
I just installed Neptunia VII on my PC and extracted the music and voices. Now I want to get the models and convert them to something like .fbx, but I can't find anything that can open the .pac files. And before you ask, yes, I already tried Noesis and 7Zip. No luck. What should I do?

Use QuickBMS with Luigi Auriemma's script on the PAC files, and you should be able to extract the files no problem:

All right, ,I've extracted the archives. Now how do I convert them into .fbx or something?

If you've got 3DS Max installed (2010 or higher), I've got a MaxScript for importing those directly from the ISM2 files in my Model Importers/QuickBMS scripts topic.
