It still smacks of dizziness wobbles, but the slowed speed does help i think.

You probably want to at least have the knee move up, the hip moves up but the knee stays in the same position so it looks like the upper part of the leg is stretching.

Take #2; animated hair, more consistent body frame and higher knees. The back arm currently looks like shit because I wanted to revamp into a more stable motion so I'll be focussing on that now.

Skeleton max has a really rough-ish look to it and the lighting should probably change a bit more to account for the flames. Guybrush's sword looks like it could use some extra AA to smooth out those straight lines into nice curves. Remy's scarf could probably also use a tiny bit of separation between its flaps so it looks less like one solid chunk of material.

Though other than these nitpicks, they're pretty great! I really love how the point & click protagonists turned out lol!

These are some really valuable points of feedback, thank you so much. I'll see if I can find time to tomorrow to apply the fixes. I might leave Remy as is, as I had no real plans for the sprite, but I'll adjust Guybrush and Sam&Max accordingly.

A bit later than I wanted but here are the adjustements to Guybrush and Sam&Max. "Enjoying the ride SAM?" has been reshaded completely with the lightning of the fire in mind and I do think it makes it look cooler. I've adjusted the AA-ing and sihoutte of Guybrush's sword as well, as suggested.

I don't really intend to use the alt costumes (Noir Sam and non-coat Guybrush) for anything so I may just leave them as is unless there are glaring issues people will point out (aside from maybe Skeleton Max's readability which I know is a bit wonky).
