What is the retro three pack?

Nevermind, I looked it up, and it's what I thought it probably was.

I think I might swing by Gamestop before work (like RIGHT before) and see if they have any for preorder. I really like those three and the fact Game and Watch is supposed to have interchangeable parts sounds interesting.

If they don't have any I'll just... get Kirby and the Rainbow Curse or something. I've been meaning to get that. I:

Yep. It was a little too easy. Called my local Gamestop after opening, which usually gets like one or two amiibo on launch. "Yeah 10 people lined up this morning...and oh yeah, we forgot to put the local stock on the door.

We had 48 at 9 am."

o-oh so there's that (and i got me an dog hunt and pals)

Me and my sister got our retro pack today at Eb games not a single person preordered one yesterday 0.0 so we got ours 15 minutes after the store opened Smile

too bad there's no more splatoon packs though -.-
What Rips am i doing next not sure?

So I pre-ordered the retro 3 pack deal on gamestop's website... and people on ebay are already selling their "pre orders" for like $70.

Selling is a strong word, I'd say they are TRYING to sell. I doubt anyone in their right mind who is willing to do any research on the subject would buy into their outrageous prices.

Besides, the 3 Pack is literally still available on the Gamestop website, and probably in stores too. I don't think the retro pack has the same staying power as a number of other Amiibo, or maybe people are finally not going as insane over Amiibos anymore and approaching them more rationally.

I wonder if the Japanese ROB amiibos are white and red instead of greys. It seems like the first and only one that might have a regional difference.

Y'know, when I first saw this I knew people wanted both Famicom and NES ROB...but then I kinda wonder if there's Japanese amiibo collectors as crazy as some of us are in the west (two of each, one NIB the other OOB, a special shelf just for showcasing them, etc)

Japan has both variants iirc, but the Famicom one is exclusive to Japan.

I went to pre-order Mario Maker today, because I heard EB Games was gonna have a sweet poster deal and the poster looked cool.

the lady at the cash told me that they still had the retro bundle.

so I'm getting my precious robot buddy and doggie buddy.

Got the inklings from the source online for me and my sister you can still go to the store and get them if you need them, also i wish i new someone in japan who could buy me a squid amiibo and i'd pay them back on paypal. (Squid has to be retail price though)
