I thought backpadeling was basically parrying

By combo breaker, I meant if you interupted an opponent's combo with your own attack.

Jetters you gotta have a trait to make you stand out. That's why I still stick with my old man persona. Its so different from everyone else and people find it funny.

I don't want to put Mighty in this game. I want to put Mighty Jetters, the member, in this game. This is not a Bomberman fighting game after all.

I won't put any of Mighty's attacks in the anime because of this. The quintessential reason of this game is to represent the member, not an official game character. That would be same as if I ditched every tSR people I did sprites for and change it to Mario and Luigi or similar shit. It won't be the Fighters Resource anymore if I do that.

Also, adding to the 'combo breaker' thing, I had this idea:

1-You can perform combos by combining several attacks, hitting the opponent many times. Those hits are then counted and points are rewarded proportionally to the nubmer of hits (thanks).

2-Pressing 'forward' to any attack, in the instant it connects, will result in a backpedal, cancelling the attack altogether. While it's better than simply blocking the attack (blocking still drains a bit of HP), it's harder to perform due to timing needed to pull it out.

3-You can perform a 'backpedal' while you're being hit in a combo. If you succeed to backpedal in that situation, you cancel the combo and counters the opponent, launching him/her far away. All the points that the opponent would get will go to the backpedaller instead, along with a bonus 1000 points. This is called 'unthanking', and it is much more rewarding than a normal backpedal. It is harder to perform, though.

Well I know. I'd have my own, but I don't like the OC I made (remember Mossy the red Bomberman) as much as him and you all already know me by him (or the girl version rather) so to say.

I do understand of course though. It's not even necessary to have his attacks, that was just something I threw out there.

Also... can we have it say c-c-c-combo breaker somewhere? That'd be funny.

This is sort of coming from a Smash game im making, but...

Mirror Melee Mode

Technecally, your fighting yourself , but their Metal/Small/Huge/Transparent/Ect. The goal is to defeat yourself as many times as you can. It might sound more Brawlish, but I beleive it could be put into this game too.
NOTE: The enemy "You" dosent move as you move or anything like that, it has its own CPU.
