Yes, a little bit of polish isn't too bad, especially since the Phazon Suit is supposed to have a very thin "orange" layer of shielding around it.

In Zero Mission when you first start the game, you'll see Samus's Power Suit is covered in Energy shielding. But the actual sprites don't show Energy shielding on them.
I don't think you need to worry about adding Energy shielding to the Phazon Suit sprites. Unless you do a big pixel art or a mugshot.

I do have hurt sprites though.

thx, now all I have to finish is samus jumping upwards, I might add her when she hangs off something, then getting up, also the rest of the running and running with arm cannon out. so in other words, Im almost done! I have just finished wall jumping and a section of reg. jumping.

Oh man, you ain't done yet. I have with me a (written) list of ALL the animations Samus needs for a full sheet, and let me just say you're not even close. In fact, check out Infinity's End's ZM Gravity Suit sheet. This sheet is about the amount a good Samus sheet should have.

yea, I have seen his sheet, but that makes It kind of a challenge, but I can understand If you want the full version, I guess I,ll rip the rest. should I separate the "missile arm cannon" like he did, or should I make a sheet next to it with the missile arm cannon on?

Its easer to get the arm cannon separate, and anyways Its like that in the OAM viewer. so, I guess It'll be separate. XP
ok, I did not want to do a double post, so here's an update: wall jumping, missile cannon, and regular jumping in all directions were added.

Well... Hmm. I don't know. Try experimenting with different palettes and put them all on a sheet. Then we'd choose which one is the best-looking one.
