Just so you know Oshare isn't actually my ref, I use Ingrid for that.

i did actually know oshare wasnt your ref, i forgot how to spell the name though and thought it had a " ' " somewhere in it etc etc

It's actually "O'Share Bones" but I think most people forget to spell it that way.

Actually, there's no apostrophe. "Oshare" is actually a Japanese word meaning "stylish", "fashionable" and so on. His full Japanese name (Osharekoube) combines that with "sharekoube", meaning "skull".

I swear saw "O'Share" used somewhere. I guess not, my memory's always been bad. Tongue

No you have, it's just not correct. Kinda like how a lot of Zelda fans write "Gannon" when his name is Ganon.

I think that's how I spell it a lot. xD I'm a terrible husband-skeleton.

I did It...I finally decided on a ref for myself..
Basically its a torch with hair that can change into fire and back...
You wouldnt believe me if I said this but this ref took me 4-5 months to make....
At first when I joined TSR I realized everyone had a charachter reresentating them. \so I decided to make my own.
My name TorchManiac was just two random words I put together but I decided to make a Pyromaniac with a torch the result looked really badly made and looked like a ripoff of Rosencrantz Avatar...So since I realized than I couldn<t have someone with a torch on its arms I decided then to be something holding a torch....hence why this thread was made http://www.spriters-resource.com/communi...?tid=21024

I then decided to make an Eeker from Mario and Luigi superstar saga holding them with slight modifications... again I realized that having someone holding them would be too much work... :p I am that lazy So I abandonned the project of making myself an avatar

Until then Previous and Virt made me a ref both of them of me being the Torch itself.....Thats where I decided to use them and make myself red hair since the fire would be too much for a begginer like me...

Yea pointless blatter about the making of my ref but yea, this took me quite some time... Smile

How do I shade the arms again?
Love : Previous(2)(3), Trollerskates(2), Nicktendo DS(2), Hiynastrike, ShadeDBZ(2), Recolorme, Sevenstitch, SupaBuddie,

Okay well here is that drawing I've been teasing Skype chat about. Intended as a birthday present for Sengir but because of my bad habit of getting distracted all the time and struggling with some parts, it drug out for 14 more days of on/off work. Sorry about that. :c

Naw, I can only aspire to be as good as Previous. I'm still only learning in Photoshop and can't get the curves I want sometimes. Shy
Next time I am going to ditch the black outlines though.

Dunno how Photoshop works but in MSPaint I find that drawing a curve and erasing portions of it to redraw the curve multiple times can help it reach a rather nice result.
