Gorsal and Chad (and for the most part kori) Are making a lot of sense to me at the moment.

Maybe this sounds really gay but when i'm on the internet, TSR always feels like home, and if we all just got along like we used to then it would be great again.

i'm not saying you have to make an effort to be friends with 14 year old newcomers who quote 4chan memes. But at least treat them with enough respect so that they feel they are welcome. And when they see that our sense of humor is different to ours, if we accept them, they will change and instead talk about things we all find mutually interesting.
If someone is blatantly trolling, even when your treating them respect, do everyone a favor, and ignore them and let a mod take care of it.

Imo, Chad is pissed off at how we act on tSR, so he tries to go against the current. Now that I think, he is a great member. He gives his honest thoughts on something, and Chris2Balls really admires respects him for that--only, he does exaggerate sometimes.

Well actually there is more to the situation then Lu9 and Pjama. Like the all of a sudden getting angry at Chad and Kori for being ironic all the time when they really aren't and thats kind of stuff and a lot of random people from MFGG who don't post here often but have accounts here kinda jumped in for no reason imo.

Since I'm kinda unhappy with all the hate I will delete hostile posts regardless of who makes them. You don't like a thread? Then just move on. Not everyone can be please by a post so if you really don't like someone then just ignore them.

i think the same applies to you deleting the posts, kat: you don't like it, move on. i don't think it's the appropriate way to deal with the subject.
i don't think erasing messages, even hostile ones, will remedy the situation, especially if it's after everybody's read them. even proactively i think i have the right to know who and what is said, offensive or not. and i also think it is our right to respond or not to these type of messages, too.
i don't think an "ignorance is bliss" attitude is going to fix things, especially as i think we are presently entrenched in something deeper than a PJAMA/lu9 crisis and squabbling, and it's not going to be fixed by deleting members' posts.
yes, as a moderator and part of the forum staff you are supposed to contain/ suppress/ ban negative vibes/ whatever creates them on the forum, but my question is: is it through deleting, locking and banning that we enter a period of appeasement or happiness? no, sadly i don't think so.
i've said this before but the solution is more on the members themselves. it's not so much the posts that bother me, it's who's posting's attitude. and deleting posts/locking does not seem to me like the rightful sanction.

though deleting some posts might keep the heat for a while; it'll keep some over-reacting members to read it and get butthurt. Though the best solution would be the above sentence
