I think Megaman's torso is too long. Try raising the waist up a couple pixels, or maybe just make him shorter. The Fire Wave pose looks really good; he just has a thin right leg on the last couple frames.

Having a small sprite helps. Also, when I was trying to get a good reference for the grab by pausing mid-fight in Smash 3DS, I got a pause of him having his hand comically huge. So I kinda tried to make the grab look a bit bigger because of that. Ad yes, I'm using references, because even though MM is one of my five mains, I don't use that many moves. I'm the most spammy on him >.>

You don't need to use black dittering for the cyan body if you already have a darker shade of blue in your palette. Just saying. Also, you could make his eyes a little bigger, and work on some of the anatomy issues.

@quirby: you should make the metal blade and crash bomber projectiles bigger so that it can be faithful to the original game. also, the colors on the leaf are inverted. the lighter shade should be the darker shade and vice versa
