Quick question. After I make my character, I want to make a level and I was wondering, would it be possible to have a scrolling BG? I mainly want to have it look like the players are fighting on a moving conveyer belt.

Since my other sheet is made with the new design, I guess I should remake the sheet with the new design in mind. And it will involve worms in his attacks.

I'm gonna try contributing to the fighter roster with my Dino.

Btw, I was wonder, will be have seasonal playable characters like Jack and Santa? I could see then having lots of possibilities.


EDIT- By "seasonal", I mean that they are based on seasonal events, not that you can only use them at certain times.


EDIT2- This is my KO'd/comeback animation. Only reason I'm posting it is because I'm afraid it is to avoid any confusion with how I imagined it. I will say one thing though. The "+100 HP" thing, I imagined that rising up but I messed up when making the animation.

a better idea for a KO: make him turn into a pile of scrap.

Eh, I may, idk. It seems a bit too predictable is all. Either way, I may. Now isn't the best time for me to make a decision as I just finished a really long shift at work and I have another tomorrow.


EDIT- While I'm thinking about it, do you think we could add "Shocked" to the list of needed sprites (It would basically be a skeleton version of the hurt frame I'd think). I personally wanted it because I was planning on making my grab attack a shock attack, plus I'm sure others could use electric based attacks. Not a big deal if it we don't add it, I just figured I'd ask since only a few sheets are finished (as apposed to asking when everyone is finished).

as gorsal said, first things first. finish what is, for now, the basics for your character, then we can bother adding more to it.

Well, no longer an issue as I simply replaced it with a headbutt. Anyways, just noticed that I'm like... 98% finished with my sheet. Main thing I need to make now is the mugshot. I have no clue where to start with that but I have 2 days off of work so I should be able to get something made.


EDIT- Oh yeah, I meant to ask, what was the game we were basing the mugshots off of? JoJo's Bizarre Adventure right? I'm looking it up and I'm seeing 3 different games with that name. Any specific one or do they all use the same style of mugshot design.

Well, Jojo's Bizarre Adventure is actually a long running manga series, but I guess if it were to pick a game, it would be the Arcade/PSX/Dreamcast one, which is a fighter.

Ah, okay, I'll look into it later today seeing as it's 4am right now.
