I've put it back, but please try to make sure it has the correct game on it in the future. Sad

I'm not ripping (other projects running), but watching close this topic!
You're doing great and in this speed, these games will be finished soon!
You only finish a game when you rip its sprites.
Sprite sheet is a sticker album that depends only on your efforts to be fill.

He's still technically Perfect Cell, but there is no Imperfect Cell in SB2 so it doesn't need a distinguisher. Goku in SB3 was Super Saiyan, but we still just called him Goku instead of SS Goku because regular Goku wasn't in that one, unlike SB1. I think just Cell works in this case.
