New character, he has no name but his nickname is "The weed" for his tattoo.

I have no idea what his name should be but his backstory is coming along nicely.

Edit: Last name is now Wesker.

I think I spent too much time on this to really call it a doodle, but there are also roughly eight million errors so yeah.
