Don't sweat that detail too much! If you want all your sprites to match if Sonic changes his line style, then I'm more than happy to fix up the rest of them! Besides, it's no big deal for me.

Either way you take care of that problem, though, it's fine by me!
Black outlines can change and still match style. There one of those things that you notice when they are there, but not so much when a bit is missing. Having just the 'main' part of a sprite outline and extras not is fairly common anyway.
It seems like this would continue to match the style:

Does this fix the problem?
Combining a black outline with a colored one in select areas? You might be onto something, Neweegee.

I've changed Sonic's sheet, I think it may be complete now!
I don't see why it's not ready for submission. In my opinion, I'd say you're good to go on this one!
i actually don't like that one pose you used in the icon

the nose and the eye is merging and therefore it looks like he has no nose in taht frame
This might be my opinion, but I think the victory pose for Sonic would be best for the icon.

How about something like this?

The palette for Classic Sonic is incorrect and still has the Base's colors.

OK, now I think it's completed, but I've already submitted it a few days ago, hopefully the uploader will switch out the files.
Also I'm working something else that's a Pokémon, it's Sylveon, but it's not an ordinary Sylveon...

It's a mount(because it can't walk on 2 legs)!
Heh, a Sylveon you can mount... How about that? I'll be looking forward to seeing how she ends up being like since you can... Well... You know...
I couldn't Sylveon because it was way too hard to animate with all those...scarfs? So I'm tryin' to do somthin' easier(?) and a bit more logical(for riding): Scolipede!

Jump and Turn

This is kinda the first time I've did this sort of thing, so I'm not sure if it's turning out as good as it should be.
Aw, that's okay, friend. If a sprite is too challenging to complete, I wouldn't blame you for being unable to finish Sylveon.

This character looks like its well on its way, but maybe you could add some more frames of the creature tilting its head down? It looks a little jerky as it is.
Don't worry, my other projects are still in the works, it's just I got side tracked and revisited my Paper Mario Sheet.

Now with 100% more Luigi.

I would've separated these, but Mario's sheet had a lot of errors, so this would need to be an update to my current Paper Mario sheet, can someone please do that?

Well, before that, is there anything wrong here?
I don't see anything wrong here, friend. Look good!

Since it is a Paper Mario sheet, might I suggest you do the turning paper effect and the spring jump for Luigi?
