The problem with the Animal Crossing movie is that... It didn't really have much of a story did it? More like a series of events.

Hey why not make an Animal Crossing movie that focuses on the issues that the Able Sisters go through. Like how their parents died and the oldest sister had to take care of all of them. Then the middle sister left home, the implied romance between Tom Nook and Sable, how Tom Nook became a dick because of his shattered dreams... And this is all true in the games!

God there's so much to work from! That shit's way more movie material than what we got!
Regardless, I still enjoyed the slice-of-life attitude.

Though I wouldn't mind an overly complex Girl Who Leapt Through Time revolving around not saving your game and Resetting yelling at you.
I walked into the living room and saw my father watching a movie on his computer. I asked him what it was, and he replied "The Zoo Keeper . . . it looked funny. "

i think thats a factually incorrect statement
the usual suspects

the greatest trick the devil ever pulled was convincing the world he didn't exist

and like that, he's gone
reservoir dogs
the rocketeer
man, jetpacks just make everything cool
i've been meaning to watch the rocketeer, i've heard good things

maybe i'll watch that tonight
it was really good. parts of it definitely haven't aged well (the big mook's face, the explosion effects, the last fight in general) but all of the actors were great and it was generally a fun movie. my biggest disappointment honestly was that this never happened

Just watched Hanna
Sound, editing, action, story were all really good
co-watched Gulliver's travels with my cousin on the HDTV

we both agreed that it was a huge pile of shit. We couldn't even watch the entire thing. in the end i left the room when I saw jack black's ass at the beginning. my cousin changed the display to something else 30 mins after.

i

huh?
The movie that I saw recently was Cowboys & Aliens. It mixed up the western and sci-fi genres rather well in my opinion.

done

really good movie. it's a shame it was a bit of a flop when it was released, few movies - especially these days - are that fun
Me to my mom: "Now if you'll excuse me I'm going to do what all good nerds do... COMPLAIN ON THE INTERNET!"

Just came back from "The Thing". Yeah I'm not happy, seeing how I'm a HUUUUGE fan of the original. This didn't need to be made, the original was perfect and this just was ridiculous and unnecessary.

Then again I had a feeling when I first heard the Norwegians were hiring American paleontologists to help them. What? Norway doesn't have paleontologists?

Oh god this movie is so full of stupid plot holes and things that just don't make any sense...
inglourious basterds
stray dogs

basterds wasn't my favourite tarantino movie, but it was good. stray dogs was pretty good too.

I actually had no idea the two movies were related.

Then again I never saw the original.
