Outlander. A guy from space comes down to Earth to help some vikings kill an alien.

It was epic.
Constantine.
Its about guy who is fighting vs hell creatures and demons
tin tin in 3D.

i have to admit it was quite a nice movie.
Yo Nerds, Tangled is such a fantastic movie and is one of Disney's best in a long while.
EDIT: Seriously guys, I love this movie, I almost cried, yeah, emotional.

Also watched Spinal Tap last week. Hilarious.
EDIT: I'm really tempted after class to watch Tangled again....
Seriously, I love this movie..
Rubber

i'm not totally sure how i feel about it. i really liked all the characters, and there were a few great lines, but all the arthouse bullshit kind of ruined it for me :/
Sherlock Holmes. It sucks.

Only because they called it Sherlock Holmes, though. He's totally not Holmes. He's not gentlemanly, has too many emotions, and he fights way too much. Not to mention the nose, that's totally off. Also, he smokes and fires guns when he's bored. Where'd the opium go to, eh?

Call him Kcolrehs Semloh, with his assistant Nhoj Nostaw, the mysterious guy being Professor Ytrairom, and it would have been awesome.
The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo.

Pretty crude at times, but very good indeed. Recommended to people with...guts.... Lots..of..it...

I know what you mean, I felt like after I watched it I was glad I watched it, but I don't know if I'd suggest it to anyone, or watch it again...
Was weird...

We went to see The Grey the other day, and reading up people's thoughts, I've come to the conclusion that the world is full of idiots. It was a great film, with loads of subtle points behind it from a cinematic point of view, which you could consider through discussion. It's not just "Wolves are evil and trying to kill dudez"
The world is full of people who watch films for face value, and don't actually think about what is happening.
(protip: wolves represent death, hunting them down. they know they are going to die, it's just a matter of when, and if they let their guard down, they are fucked.)
(also: Liam Neeson is a fucking boss.)
that still doesn't justify the fact that they used actual dead wolves as props in the movie or that the actors (or at least liam neeson and one or two others) dined on wolf meat while filming the movie
Puss in Boots.

That cat is awesome :)

I'm sorry, but that's awesome Surprise
Never watched Back To The Future.

And so I watched it. Part 1 & 2.

BEST. MOVIES.
EVAR.

They are, though, my personal favourites. Part 3 is epic, don't delay.
Aang The Last Airbender.
I.FUCKING.HATE.M. Night Shyamalan.
It's like he took the entire story of Avatar the last airbender, raped it, and threw out everything and stripped it to the BAREST details so that it could still be called Avatar the Last Airbender. AND WHATS WITH EVERYONE BEING ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING EXCEPT FOR CHINESE?
EDIT: God Damn it, I'm raging like an internet nerd, this movie actually pisses me off. It's like nobody can act either.
As far as Rubber goes, I enjoyed it for the having been watched nature. I don't want to watch it again, there are some parts that just drag on, but the meta-nature of it was pretty great. There just aren't many movies that are 'mainstream' enough to get noticed like this, so it was nice. His next movie looks to be interesting, and I'll watch it too.

Just watched Live from Shiva's Dance Floor, just a 20 minute long video that you can watch on youtube where the director/cameraguy follows Timothy 'Speed' Levitch around New York one year after 9/11. 'Speed' is a philosopher/poet/etc, so he has some cool stuff to say, and the most annoying voice to ever exist.

Watched Grave Encounters which wasn't that bad actually, about a group of 'paranormal' investigators making a show, and how their 6th episode got them all killed. Watched Shrooms, which was about demons and drugs, with a surprise twist ending that wasn't hard to guess. Honestly I have a netflix account right now, over 400 DVDs that I've gotten in the last 2 years and a movie buying problem, so I could just spend the whole day in this thread talking about what I've watched recently.
We'll keep it to what I've seen daily, and go from there. : X
