The Evolutionary Stones are pretty scarce in this one for some reason...but other than the Pokeathalon, using the Pokewalker (I only ever got a few Items from it, and they were usually stuff I could just buy in-game), The occasional Pokegear call, and randomly finding a few in the overworld, you could get it from winning the Bug Catching Contest, and even then, the stones are random, so you might be better getting them through the Pokeathalon...I don't know why you can't just buy them in Celedon like the old games...

I have alot of thunder/fire/etc. stones that I know I'll never use. You can have one of mine if you'd like.
My Crocanaw just evolved into Feraligatr and picked up a Shiny Leaf. What does it do?
C+P

The Shiny Leaf is a very rare item that your Pokémon can find. This item is not a standard item or accessory and is incredibly unique in that your Pokémon is seen with it only on it's status screen, as demonstrated in this picture. However, finding it and its use are very complicated matters.

The Shiny Leaf is discovered by talking to your partner Pokémon while in a bit of grass. However, the areas in which your Pokémon can find the Shiny Leaf are few and far between. The location depends solely upon your Pokémon's nature and it can be one of several areas so you'll need to keep checking your Pokémon. It's not guaranteed that you shall find it even if you're in the right area. If you have found it, your Pokémon will start with an Exclamation Mark, do a dance swaying from right to left and then have a green musical note over its head. Your character then immediatelly attaches the Shiny Leaf to the Pokémon. As you get more Shiny Leaves, the likelihood of your Pokémon finding one quickly decreases

So, now you have a Shiny Leaf, what do you do? The answer is simple. If you go see Lyra/Ethan in New Bark Town, she will tell you about the Shiny Leaves and state that she'd like to see you obtain 5 of them. Come back with 5 on one Pokémon, and she will reward you with a Star for your Trainer Card and convert the 5 leaves into a leaf crown for your Pokémon.
I think you can get a star for your trainer card if you find a bunch of them with the same pokemon

Well Lemon beat me to it I guess :>
So I finally managed to evolve my Eevee into an Espeon at Level 30

It's a good thing that I got it some haircuts too because that helps a lot.
I'm trying to build an all normal team for fun.

So far I've got
Ambipom
Miltank
Slaking
Kangaskhan
Exploud

I'm thinking of either Lickilicky or Clefable for my final member. Which should I go with?
Ambipom, Snorlax, Tauros, Miltank, Togekiss, Kangaskhan.
Everyone has a frickin' Ambipom too?

Ambipom, Togekiss, Snorlax, Raichu, Pidget, Lickilicky |:
Deciding too get Mudkip's third evo for my team.

I can do that. Keeps my options open too.
I always wanted an Ambipom, but I had absolutely no luck with headbutting trees :>

Anyway, just beat the E4, Lance was a bitch and OHKO'd half of my team with Outrage
HoF Team:
Noctowl, Magmortar, Feraligatr, Donphan, Mismagius and a male Clefable(he's awesome)

Kanto tiem!!!1
Good luck there.
Be sure too tell us as well on how well you did.

That would be Swampert.

You know, ever since Ruby I've despised that fucker. Almost all of my friends chose Mudkip at the start of the Gen 3 games, so they'd usually kill my Blaziken when we battled. And, just yesterday, in the Battle Hall, I had to fight a Swampert which my Blaziken would have killed if it hadn't been for Mud bomb's accuracy reduction.

Fucking Swampert.

I can't wait to fight it again so I can Solarbeam it's face in.

Tell me about it, I was down to just my Lapras.

Which happened to have Ice Beam and Dragon Pulse, but still.
