i did a little quick drawing and mind it is jpg but this is how k rool would look if he was in fisticuffs

I actually think this would make a good idle. He could stand like that, and hop from foot to foot. It'd be really, really unique that way.

Some idle ideas, as the real games have multiple animations that can play.

1. Hopping foot to foot.
2. His crown about to fall off and him correcting its position.
3. Putting one arm to his side while flexing the other. (Or could be a taunt)

The Crown correction thing could be used as one of those random animations characters do when they've performed their stance for a fairly long while, if you know what I mean?

Not 3 different idles. Rather, those things Neslug brought up are idle "taunts." Y'know, like how Fox is has that "come and get it" thing he occasionally does after idling for some time (or Mario's "gotta fix my hat")

Alright, so we compensate. Don't have him waving his arms in the air. Still make him hopping, but have his arms waving to the side, rather than above him.

And actually... it won't necessarily obscure his face. Assuming we have him on an angle, and not facing directly left, it should be alright, eh?

yeah the picture ton posted was a bit extreme but it still fits k.rool perfectly

It looks great, and it looks like the attacks could flow off of that idle like wind. I can't wait to see it animated so I can see his little fat legs shuffling back and forth.
