Bowser Jr.
I think his up b should be something like Bowsers down b, except slightly slower, and anyone he touches he throws or punches

Meh, that seems uninspired and Yoshi has a similar move already.

I think that latest moveset posted by SupahGoombah, with Paintbrush Copter UpB would be perfect. And maybe change the UpAir he suggested since it's similar the copter idea.

I don't remember that, and besides, thats shadow mario, even though it was Bowser Jr. in disguise.

Since we are on the discussion on Shadow Mario, how about Bowser Jr's intro is that Shadow Mario comes or jumps in and removes the Mask revealing Bowser Jr.

During the Shadow Mario chases during the later levels, he would use it to jump higher. And it's the same character, so I assumed that if one could do it, the other could too.

Junior is so far beyond the Shadow Mario character now that I don't see any point in associating him with it beyond the paintbrush anymore.

Then what will we do? Most of his attacks were centered around using his paintbrush. It was almost like his only weapon.

No, paintbrush = good. Shadow Mario = too much.

This.

*bangs head against desk* I have said this way before, but everyone still insisted. only thing he uses it for is in sports, so why should we even put it in.
Thanked by:
You mean the paintbrush? Because it's his personal little tool. And he used it as recently as Mario Super Sluggers. Waluigi used a tennis racket in Brawl for a reason ya know.

thats what I said up top, you know the sports thing, but still, he has come far away from that game, sure it was his debut item, but I don't see it happening, unless it was only out for like a side B thing.

And Waluigi used the tennis racket longer than Bowser Jr. used his paintbrush.

1. He's used it outside the sport realm, in his debut game as a matter of fact.

2. Other characters make references to the sport realm (Waluigi, Peach)

3. It makes him more unique than just a smaller Bowser. Sure, you could give him unique moves, but aesthetically, he's baby Bowser with a bib. Throw in a paintbrush, and he's one step closer to his own thing.

4. It'd be generally easier to give him attacks if he had it. (Although I still think his Up B should be his Clown Car, I don't know why anyone questions that after New Super Mario Bros Wii)

And sure, he could use it for certain attacks only, but why completely cut it out?

^ This, so much this. Pretty much summarizes my thoughts.

I personally think the brushcopter is a nicer idea than the clown car

I mean wouldnt it be harder to pull out of hammerspace? I know Wario had the bike, but atleast he had pockets to keep it in
