Hm maybe you're right. But if you notice Pikachu's fur color changes too what if we did this?

See the party hats are there but instead of changing the fur color like the regular one I changed the cheeks.

I say we give it the party hat and the notched tail that the female has in DPP. Then we both win.

Naw, it's just different forms of the same character, like Mario and Baby Mario also in Mario Kart.

@Pikachu, fuck the green headband, give that back to Jigglypuff. Pikachu need his fedora-esque hat.

the problem with ideas like normal joe and dry bowser is that they're different enough that we'd nearly have to resprite the character. we have to think practically too.
