you're already using way too many colors. more than you really need.
and the way ypu¿re shading hasn't improved at all. you still have a lot to improve, but as long as you don't really take your time and study some proper lightsource and shading basics, you won't show any progress.

purples work as awesome dark tones for blues and reds can do wonders with a blue as their idem. don't be afraid to study a bit more about colors too.

The contrast is horrible. You might want to use sel-out and different coloured outlines.
