Thanks Eddo. I still have to do Normal Chao Walker, Eggman, Tails, and all of Tails's and Eggman's costumes. I guess I'll either rip the karts or the animals after that.
Edit: Ok, I added a few things and I added some transparency to a few of the General Item textures that I forgot to add the first time.

Thanks Dazz. I just got done ripping the games general special effects. Now I'll probably do all the small animals mostly because they're easy and so I can get them out of the way.
Ok so when I was going through the game's files again I came across something that appeared to be Amy's SFX file. This is weird because she is the only playable character to have one. The weirdest part is that the effects in there don't even seem to have anything to do with her. The file had what looked like her effects, but also looked like some effects for Chaos control and fire effects were in it 0_o.
Anyways that's just something interesting I came across while I was looking for the small animal textures.
Edit: Alright I looked through again and saw that the a few other characters also have their own SFX file. They just have their first initial on their file rather than their whole name.  ' Its still weird that Amy has the chaos control effects in hers though.
When you upload new sheets, would you mind posting to let me know?

I just added the car textures and the textures for the president's limo. I couldn't get any SFX this time though. If I see any, I'll make sure to rip them for you guys.

I got the textures for the Tornado in its plane form and the Kart Racing Track textures up.
