How do I recreate the various Void Termina final form textures as Blender procedural

Question 
I know it would be a god-awful time trying to rip the textures(though you can try if you wish), so I just want tips on how to recreate them exactly how Nintendo did them.

(Yes, this does rule out TooEazyCG's video. That one has many accuracy fallacies in it.)
