Wow, I just watched a video on this, and you ripped all the sprites like, the next day. Crazy.

Believe it or not, this game has unused animations (or graphics) that are present in the arcade version!
BTW instead of simply naming them stage [blank], i've decided to use the song name for that background when that music is playing.

Good news, i've found a Gal Pani and Gal Pani II thingy in the internet! However, i notcied a problem when loading it. When loading it with a hdm file, it gives me this:

Let me know what to do with HDM files to work with Neko Project II. (Both Gal Pani and Gal Pani II uses the same thing)

All the backgrounds are ripped. The Alphax Z and Nunchackun are the only ones left to do in the Kaneko Samurai Nihon-Ichhi Based Hardware.
(EDIT: Thank you for finding that there's a different version of Master Kung Fu in the General Sprites comment section.)

The 100% Effect sprites are so strange... With Horses, a golf ball and hole, a space shuttle taking off, a fish, and some sports?

I apologize if there's no new submissions. I move out of Spokane and moved near to Seattle. I got some good news. There's a debugger for PS1 and Sega Saturn called JPSXDebugger. It allows you to rip sprites from areas that might be alot easier than save stating in the PSVram way. However, I'm having a problem with the silhouette stories file in JPSX. The files mostly contain these PAK files. It's says that you can open these files by typing in "example".7z in order to open the file. But I got a error that there's no files inside the PAK file. What should I do in order to open PAK files? (Should I combine all bin files in the iso?) And special thanks for the TCRF for having it.
