Pokémon Diamond and Pearl Rips

I have a request, or rather, if it's already done, I would like someone to point me in the right direction. On the pokemon screen, where you can view the status, rearrange them, whatnot, there's a small icon depicting the pokemon in the top left corner of each slot. I can't seem to find them on the site, and I'm in desperate need of them. Also, the back fighting states of the pokemon would be greatly appreciated.
