I don't think that's the solution, I've moved all the bones to the eyelid and it still causes the skin to look that way.

You never actually get to see the any blinking ever happening in game animation, mayhaps its not built for that kind of thing, or alternatively, I messed something up something else. I have a feeling its more related the fact the devs never really thought of making characters blink so... Also are you using a recently downloaded Tiki? Around May 6th I fixed a small issue relating to her FaceDetail mesh, though the image does show it already fixed. Thats not related to the texturing of her skin though, which that is what seems to be the issue.

I did think that but after checking her in-game, I don't recall the face texture being so dark so I think the issue is with texture itself and not the model's armatures. If that's the case, I may be able to fix it with some Photoshop edits.

Okay after checking her armourbreak model, I've had a small breakthrough with this issue, it's not just the face, all skin textures seem to be this way, it's almost like those darker parts are too dark and need to be lightened but I've no idea what I should be doing for that.
I even checked the raw FBX file in Blender and that has the same issue so it's not caused by any converters I'm using.

Well you admited yoruself its a texture issue. No amount of mesh conversion would change that. If you wana remove blotches then doing so through either a rig edit (so it doesnt stretch the eye shadows) or through texture edits, getting rid of said eye shadows instead.

Sorry you are facing this problem though. I double checked and its like that on the default when you fresh import it too.

No need to apologize, it's not your fault.
There is another area I'd like to mention; Am I supposed to do anything with the "Face-M" and "Face-Mask" Textures? What I can't understand is some of the poses in the actual game have her close her eyes with no issues. I'm pretty sure the images they use for the conversations are made with their models.

Hey there! Do you plan on releasing Chrom? I'd love to use the model to make some pretty renders and use it in VRChat.

I'd do it myself but I don't really have the spare space on my computer to download the game files and extract it myself ;~:

But so far I've had no issues using these models in Maya, good work!

I second this! We had Lucina last week so why not follow up with her Father? That is, if you can.

A lovely idea, which I was about to follow on, but I used blender to help fix an issue I was having, only to realize it some how made it worse, thus losing progress on Chrom, as well as Darios. Zeke and Pandoria where also victims so im stuck having to re-do them. Thats why there wont be a FeW release this week, and also an example why I don't use Blender. I learned what caused the issue and fixed it, so if I do need to rely on blender again I know what to do.

It's so strange, I know a load of people that use Blender, some of which are very experienced in model ripping and they've all praised Blender to death. You're the first person I've come across that genuinely expressed dissatisfaction with the software. I'm not saying you're lying or anything, I just find it so strange.

Hey! I just wanted to ask/point something out, if you're not aware. On most of the textures, there's a fair bit of artifacting, which isn't too bad, however it has a fairly significant impact on the normal maps. I was just curious to see if that's something that comes straight from the game itself, or perhaps it's an issue with downloading them from mega.nz. Although I've got no issues with patching them up and cleaning them up myself.

Here's what I mean:

Not entirely sure what you mean. I checked the stuff myself and I even provide the raw DDS's incase I messed up png conversions. If it still messes up its probably like that in game. If its an issue then its an issue with the tools directly extracted. In game there is heavy post processes on the maps too so it might get hidden by various filters otherwise.

The DDS should be the raw files if anything, so try checking those out.

Question: Would sound effect and voice clip ripping be possible? I apologize if it sounds off topic, since this is a topic in model ripping.

Also, a friend of mine has me porting FE:W models to SFM/GMod, and he wants to see if getting Chrom would be possible.

Probably, many people are currently asking for Chrom, and I have to go back through all the previous models too and update them with their DLC outfit and promotion outfits... It takes longer to do because I actually gotta manage rigs, and sometimes create my own, while trying to carefully balance all the costumes so that they could potentially be merged too. I can't promise a time though but i'll get to it as soon as I can.

Your work is highly appreciated, just please don't feel pushed just because people are asking for Chrom. Do it in your own time, we've already got plenty to work with thanks to you.
