Can anyone get a good model of the Death Egg Robot Sentinel? A group I work with needs it for a project.

I've gotten Sonic's model, rig, and textures, but it needs to be cleaned up. There are tons of doubled-up vertices, but when I try to remove them, the normals freak out. If anyone wants to take a crack at fixing it, I'm putting up the model.

Carpaccio, there hasnt been much talk on extracting them, but the tools are by skyth. he publicly released skyth's tools and the modelfbx (NOT 2012 ONE) works with forces .model files located in the .pac. he also has a .py and .exe script to extract .pac files too, so do not worry about that. If you have pdn, you can rename the .dds to .dds2 and extract them that way. Thats how i ported wispons and omega to sfm.

Terrain models can be put into modelfbx.exe and they'll be converted, full stages haven't been figured out as far as I know, but pieces can be converted. As for your Death Egg Sentinel question, they're located in any W3 folder under obj, if I recall correctly, but their name will be "deatheggrobo" with three variants available. High poly (Missing the eye for some reason and must be the one from one of the QTE in Red Gate Bridge before going to the boss of said stage, Medium poly (Standard I guess and for levels where they're in the background from a small distance) and low poly (For being far off, I presume).

Just asking, where is that on the net? Cause I've been Googling some of that text, and I'm not getting any real results. Please help me.
