Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle .sdfdata files

This may not be the same, but i'm using the aluigi quickbms modified script to extract Sparks of Hope models.  ATM its going through them, its at 1077 out of 1318.  so i'm going to let this run for a while, all i'm wondering is, one: how do I merge the files, last page had a tutorial and it said 'rename all' or somerthing like that, and someone else said they merged them via hex. So is there some-way to merge sdf-data? also, tutorials say use sdf.hoc. I didn't get a single hoc file when dumping, i got toc, and ver. but no hoc, is it a typo or am i just not getting a file when i dump? really trying to get peach, and rosalina.  Smile

What your screenshot shows is the not the files being extracted. That there is an issue with the script. My best guess it was only made for Kingdom Battle, as of course it was the only game in the series out then. That is exactly the issue I am running into when attempting to exact the game.

you have to merge the files via hex

I have all the assets ripped, but only thing that is stopping me is the textures being stripped of their headers, and the headers in the sdftoc file not really being clear on which file they are for lol
How do I merge the files?

You can merge the files by going to the folder where the model is located. You will see the main model, e.g., "chr_her_mario_tpose_01.mmb", and you will also see "chr_her_mario_tpose_01_00000001.mmb. You then need to download and install a program called HxD. Open up the larger file first in HxD. (the one with _00000001) and copy all of the hex code you see. Then open the second main, smaller file in HxD and paste the copied hex to the bottom of the currently opened one. Save the file, and you should be good to go!

This was copied and pasted from my Mario + Rabbids Kingdom Battle ripping tutorial, so if you encounter any more issues, the solutions may be there.
