Submissions (OR: "Why is my sheet taking so long to get on the site?")
#61
The only reason something hasn't been approved yet is "we haven't gotten to it yet". There are just a lot to go through and we will get to every submission eventually. If there is an issue with the submission, it'll be rejected with feedback about what's wrong.
You may have a fresh start any moment you choose, for this thing that we call "failure" is not the falling down, but the staying down. -Mary Pickford

that was not at all necessary dude. warned for spamming.

follow our instructions on how to make good submissions and keep trying.

you had good intentions with the chrono o clock submission but recent changes to our submission rules just meant that we fetl it was better to not host porn games anymore.

If there are problems with the submission that are caught by the staff, it will be rejected and you'll be notified via PM.

Which is a hard task. You can easily overview submissions in a day, but you have to study them very carefully so that it meets the standards of the site.

Hi, I am trying to update my usual Makai Wars ZIPs, and for whatever reason the pencil icon is no longer there.

The last time I updated them, they didn't seem to actually enter the queue, so that might be why.

Is there anything I can do?

Only 1 revision can exist at a time for any individual file. Revisions don't go to your pending submissions queue because they're treated differently. If the pencil icon is missing, it's because your previously submitted revision hasn't been reviewed yet.

Do you still accept Live2D models? for some reason, when I uploaded the new characters and costumes from Mainichi Compile Heart, it gave me an unexpected file message in my queue (X num of. files used unexpected extensions (json, mtn, moc)).

I can't speak for what the model staff is looking for but that is just a warning, not a cause for automatic rejection. It helps us identify when something might be a problem but it doesn't mean that no files except those that are on the expected list are allowed specifically.

The system's mainly set up for detecting any formats that are out of the ordinary. In this case, it should be perfectly fine to have those extra files around as they do have a proper use.

This may be a little off topic, but I noticed an error on a sheet I recently submitted. Is there a way that I could fix it b/c it is still pending?

Click on the link to Pending Submissions in the user box at the top of every page on the site and then click edit on the submission you want to fix.
